A semiconductor device may include a substrate having a first region and a second region on a surface thereof, and a first semiconductor fin on the first region of the substrate with the first semiconductor fin including a first trench therethrough. A first gate electrode may be provided in the first trench, and first and second source/drain regions may be provided in the first semiconductor fin, with the first gate electrode between the first and second source/drain regions. A second semiconductor fin may be provided on the second region of the substrate with the second semiconductor fin including a second trench therethrough, a second gate electrode may be provided in the second trench, and third and fourth source/drain regions may be provided in the second semiconductor fin with the second gate electrode being between the third and fourth source/drain regions.

The power supply includes: an electromagnetic interference filter including a first filter which has a pair of electromagnetically coupled cores having at least two leg parts, first and second bobbins each having a tube-shaped body part having a penetration hole into which each of the leg parts is inserted and having a winding region defined as the circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the body part, and first and second coils respectively wound around the first and second bobbins to remove common mode electromagnetic interference included in power transmitted from a power line, the electromagnetic interference filter removing differential mode electromagnetic interference due to leakage inductance formed due to the leakage of magnetic flux flowing through the cores; a power factor corrector correcting a power factor of the power where the electromagnetic interference is removed; and a power converter switching the power-factor-corrected power into a driving power having a predetermined voltage level.

An LCD device and a method of driving the same are disclosed, to improve a picture quality by realizing a rapid response speed, wherein the LCD device comprises an image display part which includes liquid crystal cells formed in respective regions defined by a plurality of gate and data lines; a timing controller which modulates data inputted according to a first frame frequency to modulation data to realize a rapid response speed of liquid crystal, and outputs the modulation data or data to a second frame frequency; a gate driver which generates gate on voltages under control of the timing controller, and supplies the gate on voltages to the gate lines in sequence; and a data driver which converts the modulation data or data supplied from the timing controller to a data voltage, and supplies the data voltage to the data line in synchronization with the gate on voltage.

Disclosed is a display apparatus including a first case and a second case coupled to each other to define an external appearance of the display apparatus. A fastening guide extends from an inner surface of the first case, and a fastening member is engaged with the fastening guide. The fastening member is provided with a boss portion for screw-fastening. The first case and second case are coupled to each other using the fastening guide and fastening member having a thin thickness, whereby a reduced thickness of fastening parts and stable inter-coupling of the first case and second case are accomplished.

An apparatus and method for a portable terminal that adjust sizes of user data displayed on a screen are provided. Requested user data is displayed on a screen of the portable terminal in response to a request from a user. If a key is input, a determination is made as to whether an enlargement/reduction mode is set. If the enlargement/reduction mode is set, a key event associated with the input key is identified. If the key event is a request for enlargement, the displayed user data is enlarged by a preset enlargement ratio and the enlarged user data is displayed on the screen. If the key event is a request for reduction, the displayed user data is reduced by a preset reduction ratio and the reduced user data is displayed on the screen.

A tool pot is carried by a rotatable pot carrier of a tool magazine to hold a cutting tool with a tail end portion. Swingable between a rest position and an operative position, the tool pot includes a body having an axial tapering bore, an axial end bore for reception of the tail end portion of the cutting tool and a plurality of radial holes each open into the axial end bore at their inner ends. A gripper is provided in the radial holes of the body for releasably gripping the tail end portion of the cutting tool during the time the cutting tool remains held in the tool pot. Built in the body is a tool lock that cooperates with the gripper to lock the cutting tool against removal during the time the tool pot is at the rest position and is caused to swing.

A loading lever rotates, by means of the descending movement of a toilet seat, and presses a loading member, thereby enabling enhancement of the transmission efficiency of the force and smooth operation. Also, by means of simplifying the installation work, in which a loading unit and a toilet paper time and flush control unit, or, a loading unit, a toilet paper time and flush control unit and a toilet paper time and flush control unit, or, a loading unit, a toilet paper time and flush control unit, a feces and urine distinguishing unit and a toilet paper time and flush control unit are modularized and installed on the toilet seat, the working process and working time can be reduced.

Disclosed are a polyalkylene carbonate and polyolefin-based adhesive member and an adhesive structure including the same and, more particularly, an adhesive member manufactured using a mixed composition including polyalkylene carbonate, polyolefin, an initiator, and a blending aid, wherein an amount of the polyalkylene carbonate is 35 wt % to 65 wt %, a total amount of the initiator, the blending aid, and the polyolefin is 35 wt % to 65 wt %, and the adhesive member has a co-continuous morphology in which at least a portion of each of the polyalkylene carbonate and the polyolefin is exposed on an outer surface of the adhesive member and an adhesive structure including the same.
