摘要: Provided is a production method for a layered product in which a metal film can be formed on the surface of a polyarylene sulfide (PAS) molded article with a high adhesive force by a simple step. Further, provided are: a polyarylene sulfide resin composition and a molded article that can be used in the layered product in which a metal film can be formed on the surface of the PAS molded article with a high adhesive force by a simpler step; and production methods therefor. More specifically, provided are: a polyarylene sulfide resin composition obtained by blending a polyarylene sulfide resin, a thermoplastic elastomer and/or a hydrolyzable thermoplastic resin, a carbonate, and a polyolefin-based wax; a molded article which is obtained by melt-molding the polyarylene sulfide resin composition and in which the surface is roughened; a layered product having a metal plating layer; and production methods therefor.

Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a powder type additive including a cross-linked resin, which improves mechanical properties, such tensile strength, elongation, and hardness, of a resin composition to be added and effectively suppresses sagging when the resin composition is extruded, is highly compatible with a base resin of the resin composition and thus does not deteriorate physical properties of the base resin, contributes to cost saving by recycling the cross-linked resin, and is eco-friendly, and a resin composition including the same.

摘要: A roofing membrane includes a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) layer and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layer. The TPO layer forms a bottom layer of the roofing membrane, and the PVC layer is positioned atop the TPO layer so that the PVC layer forms a top layer of the roofing membrane. The TPO layer and the PVC layer are configured to be chemically compatible so that the TPO layer and the PVC layer are chemically bonded and function as a single roofing membrane. Compatibilizing includes at least one of (i) adding a compatibilizing agent to at least one of the TPO material and the PVC material prior to extrusion and (ii) positioning at least one compatibilizing film, prior to bonding, between the TPO material and the PVC material.

The hollow spheres exhibit controlled particle size, which can have larger particle sizes, narrow particle size distributions and high void volume percentages.

摘要: A method for producing aluminum oxide is provided. The method uses an aluminum-oxide-forming agent containing a partially hydrolyzed aluminum alkyl compound containing an aluminum trialkyl or a mixture thereof, and a solvent. It is thus possible to produce an aluminum oxide thin film or aluminum oxide particles on or in a substrate that is not resistant to polar solvents. A method of producing a polyolefin-based polymer nanocomposite containing zinc oxide particles or aluminum oxide particles using a solution containing a partially hydrolyzed zinc alkyl or a solution containing a partially hydrolyzed aluminum alkyl is also provided. The polyolefin-based polymer nanocomposite contains a polyolefin substrate and zinc oxide particles or aluminum oxide particles, and does not contain a dispersant. The zinc oxide particles or aluminum oxide particles have an average particle size of less than 100 nm.

摘要: A method for producing aluminum oxide is provided. 摘要: A crystal nucleating agent for polyolefin resins includes at least a raw material crystal nucleating agent (a) as a component (A), where the component (A) may be a diacetal compound. The crystal nucleating agent may have an angle of repose of 48° or smaller, and a 1-mm-thick polyolefin resin molded article produced using the crystal nucleating agent may have a haze value of 12 (percent) or smaller as determined by a method in conformity with JIS K7136 (2000). The crystal nucleating agent may be a blend including a sulfuric acid ester salt and/or a sulfonic acid salt as a component (E) and a higher fatty acid as a component (F). The blend may be obtained by preparing a mixture of the component (A) swelled with an organic solvent, the component (E) dissolved in the organic solvent, and the component (F) and removing the organic solvent from the mixture.

The viscous and elastic properties associated with the non-Newtonian fluid allows the composition to redistribute after being applied as a coating an electronic device. Methods for protecting an electronic device from liquid contaminants by applying the disclosed composition and electronic devices comprising the composition are also disclosed. An electronic device, such as a printed circuit board, having a film made of the composition is also disclosed.
