Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for extracting ocean wave information. The apparatus for extracting ocean wave information includes a radar image reception unit for receiving a radar image from a radar antenna, a digital conversion unit for converting the received radar image into a digital format, an analysis preparation unit for setting analysis sections of the radar image and performing temporal accumulation on the analysis sections, a three-dimensional (3D) spectrum-conversion unit for converting accumulated analysis sections into a 3D spectrum in a 3D frequency domain by performing a temporal/spatial 3D Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) on the accumulated analysis sections, and an ocean wave information extraction unit for extracting ocean wave information based on the 3D spectrum.

Provided is a vessel monitoring method of a vessel monitoring system, which includes receiving first vessel information from an automatic identification system message output from a vessel, receiving second vessel information on the vessel from a port management information system, selecting a vessel tracking parameter on a basis of the first vessel information and the second vessel information, and tracking the vessel by using a tacking algorithm corresponding to the vessel tracking parameter.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method that control a vessel deviating from an anchorage using wide-range sensor-based spherical trigonometry. In the method, vessels anchored in an anchorage are monitored. The anchorage is defined as a group, and the group of the anchored vessels is managed. Leaving of a vessel, needing to deviate from the anchorage, from the group is controlled. If a vessel recognized as a vessel identical to one that left the group requests anchoring after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the anchoring-requesting vessel is controlled.

A method authenticates a group driving service of a moving object. The method includes authenticating the moving object when an authentication request for the registration of the group driving service is received from the moving object, generating a certain group having group driving service registration information based on group driving registration information when a registration request for the group driving service is received from the moving object, the registration request including the group driving registration information, and transmitting the group driving service registration information of the certain group to the moving object.
