Abstract:
An electric motor includes an insert member situated within an insert bore formed in a rotor in order to adjust a balance of the rotor. The insert member has a body part provided with a cutout portion in a part of its circumference to define a gap extending therebetween. The insert member also has a pair of inner protrusions protruding radially inwardly from the opposite side edges of the gap. The size of the gap is determined such that the gap is not closed when the insert member elastically deforms and as a result, the outer diameter of the insert member becomes smaller than the diameter of the insert bore.
Abstract:
An IPM type rotor having a continuous skew structure obtained by a simple means, without constituting a permanent magnet as a complicated shape and forming an inclined magnetizing pattern on the permanent magnet. A rotor core has a recess formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core. The recess is formed so as to extend along a boundary line of magnetic poles of a desired skew structure. Therefore, even when each permanent magnet has the cuboid shape, the magnetic flux may be uniformed during the magnetic flux is transmitted through the magnetic steel plate having high permeability, whereby the magnetic flux within the gap having low permeability becomes dominant. As a result, the rotor having the continuous skew structure is obtained.
Abstract:
A machine learning apparatus includes: a state observation unit that observes a state variable composed of at least one of data relating to the number of errors that is an error between a position command relative to a rotor of a motor which is drive-controlled by the motor control apparatus and an actual position of a feed mechanism unit, an operation program of the motor control apparatus, any command of the position command, a speed command, or a current command in the motor control apparatus, data relating to a workpiece machining condition in a machine tool including the motor control apparatus, and data relating to a state of the machine tool including the motor control apparatus; and a learning unit that learns a condition associated with the number of corrections used to correct the above-mentioned command in accordance with a training data set constituted by the state variable.
Abstract:
The armature of the present invention comprises windings which have ends to be inserted into a tubular terminal, and visually identifiable marks made on the windings to be used for confirming if the ends of the windings have been inserted into the tubular terminal up to a suitable depth. The marks of the armature of the present invention are made on portions of the windings which are always positioned at the outside of the terminal even when the ends of the windings are positioned at the inside of the tubular terminal.
Abstract:
To provide an electric motor capable of reducing the number of work processes for airtight testing, by having a pressure sensor capable of detecting the pressure of an internal space. A motor having an internal space sealed relative to an external space includes: a main body part having a first space constituting the internal space, a stator part that is arranged to be housed in the first space and has a winding, and a rotor part that is entirely or partially arranged to be housed in the first space and has an output shaft; a detection part having a second space that constitutes the internal space and is in communication with the first space; a pressure sensor arranged at the internal space and capable of detecting the pressure of the internal space; and an output part that outputs information of the pressure detected by the pressure sensor out of the motor.
Abstract:
A stator including a stator core formed by stacking steel sheets each having a through hole penetrating in a thickness direction, a pair of housings arranged at positions sandwiching the stator core, each housing including a screw hole arranged at a position aligning with the through hole, and a tightening rod that penetrates the through hole of the stator core, and that includes male threads that are screwed into the screw holes of the housings. The male thread on one end is a right-hand thread and the male thread on another end is a left-hand thread. Further, an engaging portion that is engaged with a tool for turning the tightening rod is provided in at least one end surface of the tightening rod.
Abstract:
A motor structure capable of easily conserving space, being low cost and having few components, while utilizing a connecting method using conductive caulking. In a motor structure, a winding wire is wound onto a stator core, a terminal member is attached to one end of the winding wire by conductive caulking, and the terminal member is directly connected to a connector by soldering. The terminal member has a wire receiving portion which receives one end of each of at least one winding wire, and a connecting portion which may be directly connected to the connector or a terminal block by soldering. The wire receiving portion is a generally cylindrical member, and the connecting portion is a rod member which may be inserted into a connecting hole of the connector.
