Abstract: Provided is a moisture-absorbing material having, in the following order: a moisture-permeable polymer layer; a moisture-absorbing layer having a porous structure and containing amorphous silica with an average secondary particle diameter not exceeding 10 μm, a water-soluble resin and a moisture-absorbing agent; and a moisture-proof layer.
