摘要: An ink includes a vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane polymer, a polydimethylsiloxane copolymer having a hydride component, wherein a hydride to a vinyl ratio (hydride:vinyl) is in a range of greater than 1:1 to about 4:1, a hydrophobic filler, a crosslinking agent, and a carbon dioxide-binding component. A method includes extruding an ink for forming a three-dimensional (3D) structure, the ink including a vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane polymer, a polydimethylsiloxane copolymer having a hydride component, wherein a hydride to a vinyl ratio (hydride:vinyl) is in a range of greater than 1:1 to about 4:1, a hydrophobic filler, a crosslinking agent, and a carbon dioxide-binding component. The method further includes curing the 3D structure for forming a silicone polymer product having the carbon dioxide-binding component.

摘要: The present invention provides a water absorbent agent that achieves both improvement in the water absorption time thereof and reduction in the residual monomer variation rate thereof. A present inventive method for producing a water absorbent agent having a water-absorbent resin as a main component, the method including a surface-crosslinking step for a water-absorbent resin and a mixing step for a sulfur-containing reducing agent aqueous solution, the method satisfies (1) a specific surface area of the water-absorbent resin, (2) an average droplet diameter of the sulfur-containing reducing agent aqueous solution, and a temperature of the aqueous solution, (3) stirring-mixing conditions, and (4) a heating and drying step conditions.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of a super absorbent polymer capable of preparing a super absorbent polymer exhibiting an improved absorption rate while reducing an amount of a blowing agent used. The preparation method of a super absorbent polymer includes: preparing a monomer mixture including a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer having at least partially neutralized acidic groups and an internal cross-linking agent; adjusting a dynamic pressure applied to the monomer mixture being transferred to 140 Pa or more by controlling a transfer rate while transferring the monomer mixture to a polymerization reactor; cross-linking and polymerizing the monomer mixture transferred to the polymerization reactor to form a hydrogel polymer; drying, pulverizing and classifying the hydrogel polymer to form a base resin powder; and further cross-linking a surface of the base resin powder in the presence of a surface cross-linking agent to form a surface cross-linked layer.

摘要: A method of preparing a super absorbent polymer and a superabsorbent polymer prepared from the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a method includes mixing a mixture comprising fines having a particle diameter of 150 μm or less, a surface-modified inorganic material having a reactive functional group, and water, and drying the mixture to prepare a fine powder reassembly. There may be provided a super absorbent polymer exhibiting excellent absorption properties and mechanical properties such as crushing strength while having uniform particle size distribution by effectively reassembling fines obtained inevitably in the preparation of a super absorbent polymer.
