Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a kit and an integration vector for preparing an adeno-associated virus-producing cell capable of controlled manufacture of an adeno-associated virus, and to provide an adeno-associated virus-producing cell capable of controlled manufacture of an adeno-associated virus, a manufacturing method of the same, and a manufacturing method of the adeno-associated virus. According to the present invention, a kit including a first vector containing one or more virus helper genes, in which at least one of the virus helper genes is under a control of a promoter capable of regulating expression, and a second vector containing one or more adeno-associated virus genes, in which at least one of the adeno-associated virus genes is not under a control of a promoter regulating expression is provided.
