    Abstract: A method, including sending a configuration of a first channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource periodicity and a configuration of a first channel state information (CSI) report periodicity that are of a secondary cell of a terminal device, the first CSI-RS resource periodicity associated with sending a first CSI-RS in a first time period, and the first CSI report periodicity associated with receiving CSI of the secondary cell from the terminal device in the first time period, and sending a configuration of a second CSI-RS resource periodicity and a configuration of a second CSI report periodicity that are of a secondary cell of the terminal device, the second CSI-RS resource periodicity associated with sending a second CSI-RS in a second time period, and the second CSI report periodicity associated with receiving CSI of the secondary cell from the terminal device in the second time period.

    Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: A communication apparatus may send uplink capability information to a network device, where the uplink capability information includes at least one of the following: a maximum quantity of uplink carriers configured for the communication apparatus, a maximum quantity of uplink carriers supported by the communication apparatus, and a maximum quantity of channels supported by the communication apparatus. Further, the communication apparatus receives first information from the network device, where the first information indicates an uplink carrier used for uplink transmission, and performs uplink transmission with the network device on the uplink carrier. The communication apparatus may be a terminal device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a message feedback method and apparatus for carrier aggregation. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal in a first downlink subframe on a carrier aggregation group, a data packet sent by a base station, where the carrier aggregation group includes a first carrier and a second carrier; determining a first timing, based on a subframe configuration for the carrier aggregation group and a mapping relationship between subframe configurations for carrier aggregation groups and timings; determining a first uplink subframe from subframes on the carrier aggregation group based on the first timing; and sending, to the base station, a feedback message in the first uplink subframe. In this way, the first uplink subframe is determined on the entire carrier group for sending the feedback message, and a selectable range is larger.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a carrier selection method and device for multicarrier, to implement that an optimal carrier combination is obtained by searching. The method includes: acquiring an absolute radio frequency channel number ARFCN that is of each carrier of N carriers allocated to a receiving end and in each frame of a radio block, where N is a positive integer, and N≥2; respectively selecting, from the N carriers, a different carrier as an anchor carrier, and searching within a search range of the anchor carrier according to the ARFCN of each carrier in each frame of the radio block and a maximum carrier frequency spacing supported by the receiving end, to determine a carrier set of the anchor carrier; and selecting, from the carrier sets of anchor carriers of the N carriers, at least one carrier set as a carrier selection result.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and provides a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives first downlink control information DCI from a network device through a first physical downlink control channel PDCCH. The first DCI includes a first time domain resource assignment TDRA indicator field, and the first TDRA indicator field is used to indicate a first time domain resource. The terminal device receives or sends data on a second time domain resource after determining the second time domain resource based on a time domain position of the first PDCCH and the first time domain resource. The first time domain resource is different from the second time domain resource. The method is applied to a time domain resource assignment process of the data scheduling.
