摘要: An electronic device capable of efficiently cooling an integrated circuit element provided in such a way as to enable a heat exchange on a cold plate. The electronic device contains a circuit board mounted with an integrated circuit element requiring measures against heat generation in a single case, comprising: a cold plate mounted on the integrated circuit element in such a way as to enable a heat transfer from the integrated circuit element; a heat exchanger for cooling brine heated by the cold plate by circulating the brine; a fan casing forming an air way from a blower fan at an opening on a surface of the case to the heat exchanger; a reserve tank and a pump provided in order in a brine flow from the heat exchanger to the cold plate; and a linear brine passage formed in the cold plate and having at least one pair of back and forth channels.

摘要: There is disclosed a Stirling cycle refrigerator in which oil rising is prevented, and an adverse influence onto oil sealing bellows by a pressure rise accompanying the temperature rise of the crank chamber is prevented. The oil sealing bellows are disposed between a space in a housing and compression and expansion cylinders, and a buffer tank provided with the pressure adjusting bellows is disposed between a space on the back surface side of the compression and expansion pistons and the space in the housing, so that the pressure rise in the housing and the pressure fluctuation of the space are absorbed.

摘要: The present invention provides a garment dryer including a heat pump device. The inventive garment dryer has an improved heat exchange efficiency without uneven airflow around a heat exchanger (a heat absorber and a radiator) of the heat pump device. A heat exchange air duct portion (22) is defined in a heat pump unit (14). A heat absorber (23) and a radiator (24) are provided as a heat exchanger in the heat exchange air duct portion (22). An upstream buffer space (33) for changing the flow direction of air to regulate the flow rate of the air is provided upstream of the heat absorber (23). A downstream buffer space (34) for regulating the flow rate of the air is provided downstream of the radiator (24). As a result, the airflow around the heat exchanger is uniformly regulated, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.
