Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide an information query method and device, which can reduce a waste of resources in an information query process, and decrease power consumption. The method includes: sending, by a requesting device in a broadcast manner, a first query request message, where the first query request message carries a first query condition and information about a group identity; and when the requesting device receives a first query response message sent by a responding device that meets the first query condition, sending, by the requesting device, a second query request message that uses the group identity as a receiving address, so that the responding device processes the second query request message.
Abstract:
A method, a device and a system for enabling a routing function and transmitting data, which relate to the field of communications, and are capable of sharing a single session task through a plurality of access points, thereby ensuring data transmission quality. When a station uses an external network identifiable address, and performs data transmission of a single session task through a first access point, an address of a club routing function (CR) router connected to the first access point is determined; at least one second access point connected to the same CR router with the first access point is determined.
Abstract:
A message acknowledgement method includes: An access point sends a beacon frame, receives an uplink frame sent by a terminal, and sends an acknowledgement frame for the uplink frame, where the acknowledgement frame includes offset time, and the offset time is a difference between a time point when the access point sends the acknowledgement frame and a time point when the access point sends the beacon frame; compares the difference that is obtained through calculation by the terminal and is between the time point when the terminal receives the acknowledgement frame and the time point when the terminal lately receives a beacon frame with the offset time carried in the acknowledgement frame, and if a difference between the two is within a preset error range, determines that the acknowledgement frame received by the terminal is sent by the access point associated with the terminal.
Abstract:
A sign-in method includes receiving, by a first terminal, a sign-in request message sent by a second terminal, where the sign-in request message carries an identifier (ID) of an activity and an ID of a user of the second terminal, and the sign-in request message is used to indicate that the user of the second terminal requests to sign in to the activity in the first terminal; and sending a sign-in response message to the second terminal, where the sign-in response message carries the ID of the activity, and the sign-in response message is used to indicate that the user of the second terminal successfully signs in to the activity in the first terminal.

Abstract:
A service information discovery method includes sending a first query request message. The first query request message carries a first hash value obtained by performing a first hash operation on service identity information of a service to be discovered. The method includes receiving a first query response message sent by a peer end. The first query response message carries first result notification information identifying whether a service of which a hash value obtained by performing the first hash operation is the first hash value exists at the peer end. The method further includes performing the second hash operation on the service identity information of the service to be discovered, and obtaining the second hash value corresponding to the service to be discovered; and if the second hash value corresponding to the service to be discovered exists in the first result notification information, determining that the service to be discovered exists at the peer end.
Abstract:
In a process for a wireless network device in a first Neighbor Awareness Network device cluster (NAN cluster) to join a second NAN cluster, the wireless network device first discovers the second NAN cluster. It calculates a first score based on multiple pieces of attribute information of the first NAN cluster, and a second score based on multiple pieces of attribute information of the second NAN cluster, compares the first score and the second score, and determines to join the second NAN cluster when the second score is greater than the first score. Then it sends an event message to other wireless network devices in the first NAN cluster to inform them to join the second NAN cluster, stops participating in the first NAN Cluster by not contending for serving as a synchronization device in the first NAN Cluster, and joins the second NAN cluster.

Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for handling an address conflict. The method for handling an address conflict includes: acquiring a media access control (MAC) address of an associated first node and a first auxiliary identifier; receiving a MAC frame that carries the first auxiliary identifier; and sending an auxiliary identifier conflict report message to the first node when it is determined that the MAC frame is sent by a second node. According to the method and the apparatus for handling an address conflict in the embodiments of the present invention, the following problem can be detected and resolved. An AP auxiliary identifier conflict is caused by a MAC header compression method where an auxiliary identifier is used to replace a MAC address.
Abstract:
A service query method includes: when receiving first service query request messages sent by multiple access points, where the first service query request message includes a station identity and requested service information, a service node sends query result information to only one or more access points thereof, namely a first access point, so as to send the query result information to a station corresponding to the station identity, and sends instruction information to another access point to instruct the another access point not to send the query result information.
