摘要: An access point (AP) generates a multi-user request to send (MU-RTS) frame for protecting a channel bandwidth during a communication exchange, and transmits the MU-RTS frame in multiple duplicate first packets in respective communication subchannels that span the channel bandwidth. Each first packet has a first packet format that conforms to a legacy protocol. The AP receives multiple clear-to-send (CTS) frames from multiple client stations via respective communication subchannels that span the channel bandwidth. The AP generates a trigger frame configured to prompt the multiple client stations to transmit respective data to the AP. After transmitting the multiple first packets, the AP transmits the trigger frame in one or more second packets that span the channel bandwidth and that conform to a second packet format defined by a non-legacy protocol. The AP receives, from the multiple client stations, data frames that are responsive to the trigger frame.

摘要: In response to a first communication device determining that a specific wireless local area network (WLAN) communication link has been negotiated with a second communication device for traffic corresponding to a first traffic identifier (TID), the first communication device transmits packets corresponding to the first TID to the second communication device only via the specific WLAN communication link. In response to the first communication device determining that no WLAN communication link has been negotiated with the second communication device for traffic corresponding to a second TID, transmitting, by the first communication device, packets corresponding to the second TID to the second communication device via multiple WLAN communication links.

摘要: A non-personal basic service set control point/access point (non-PCP/AP) communication apparatus includes a reception circuit, an estimation circuit, and a transmission circuit. The reception circuit receives a Directional Multi-Gigabit (DMG) Beacon frame including a sector sweep (SSW) field, the SSW field including a Parameter subfield indicating a value obtained by using a transmission Equivalent Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) of a PCP/AP communication partner apparatus and a reception antenna gain of the PCP/AP communication partner apparatus. The estimation circuit estimates an expected reception power at the PCP/AP communication partner apparatus by using the value of the Parameter subfield, and checks inequality between the estimated expected reception power and a receiver sensitivity value. The transmission circuit transmits a frame for Association Beamforming Training (A-BFT) if the estimated expected reception power is larger than the receive sensitivity value.

摘要: One embodiment of the present disclosure sets forth a technique for resolving beaconing conflicts within a network. The technique includes detecting, by a first node in a network, a first scheduling conflict between a first time when a first beacon is to be transmitted from the first node and a first listening window when a second beacon is expected to be received from a second node in the network; determining, by the first node in response to detecting the first scheduling conflict and based on an expected transmission time for the second beacon and a position of the second node in the network, an alternate listening window during which to listen for a third beacon from the second node; and listening, by the first node, for the third beacon from the second node during the alternate listening window.

A device may determine a beacon management element of a beacon frame body and may determine an integrity group key identifier of the beacon management element, wherein the integrity group key identifier is associated with a basic service set (BSS). The device may determine, based on the integrity group key identifier, a management integrity check (MIC) field of the beacon management element. The device may generate a beacon frame including the beacon frame body. The device may send the beacon frame.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for checking many users in to a location using a Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) beacon. The provided systems and methods may allow a BLE beacon to facilitate a check in with a remote server that processes check ins and then disconnect from the device used to check in. The device may be assigned a unique identifier that may be broadcast from the device during the check in so that the BLE beacon can quickly scan for the identifier and connect with the device based on the identifier to provide content and other information to the device.

摘要: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a method for provisioning a Bluetooth Mesh network, used for provisioning a plurality of non-provisioned devices, so as to add the plurality of non-provisioned devices to the Bluetooth Mesh network. The method includes: provisioning, by a top provisioner, surrounding non-provisioned devices of the top provisioner, so as to add the surrounding devices to the Bluetooth Mesh network as nodes; selecting, by a top provisioner, the one or more newly added nodes to be configured as one or more temporary provisioners; provisioning, by each of the one or more temporary provisioners, surrounding non-provisioned devices, so as to add the surrounding devices to the Bluetooth Mesh network as nodes; and completing, by the top provisioner and each of the one or more temporary provisioners, the provisioning of the plurality of non-provisioned devices. The method of the present disclosure may greatly improve the average provisioning speed of device, and ensure the unified allocation of key network information and the compatibility of provisioning on the premise of ensuring the provisioning security of the Bluetooth Mesh network.
