The present disclosure relates to network data processing methods and apparatus. One example method includes receiving a multicast group join request sent by a terminal, adding a terminal identifier to a multicast group corresponding to a target channel identifier, where the multicast group corresponding to the target channel identifier includes an identifier of a terminal that has requested network data corresponding to the target channel identifier, and delivering the network data based on the multicast group and a group scheduling identifier corresponding to the multicast group by using an air interface resource corresponding to the multicast group, where a terminal in the multicast group decodes the air interface resource based on the group scheduling identifier to obtain the network data.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a TPC command generating method, device, and system, and relates to the field of communications. The TPC command generating device includes: a first determining unit, configured to determine a target cell in at least one non-serving high speed downlink shared channel (HS-DSCH) cell included in an active set of user equipment; and a first generating unit, configured to generate a TPC command of the target cell according to a measurement result of a downlink channel of the target cell. The present invention can solve a problem that no valid TPC command can be generated for any non-serving HS-DSCH cell, thereby achieving an effect of at least generating a TPC command corresponding to a target cell. The TPC command generating method, device, and system that are provided in the present invention TPC command are used for generating a TPC command.

In embodiments of the present application, the UE may first obtain information about a best cell on a secondary frequency and a list of information about cells whose frequency is the same as the secondary frequency. The UE may measure a cell on the secondary frequency, compare information about the cell with the information about the best cell on the secondary frequency, and determine, according to a comparison result, whether to report the event.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for configuring a measurement parameter, a user equipment, and an apparatus for configuring a measurement parameter, and relate to the field of communications technologies, so that a larger RE value can be configured for a UE with better receiver performance in a same small cell, and therefore, the UE can trigger a measurement event earlier to facilitate access to the small cell. The method includes: sending, by a UE, UE capability information to a radio network controller RNC; and receiving, by the UE, a measurement parameter sent by the RNC, where the measurement parameter includes an RE value used when the UE measures a cell.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for assisting in uplink transmission and a base station. The method for assisting in uplink transmission includes: acquiring, by a first base station, auxiliary uplink control information of a user equipment; sending, by the first base station, the auxiliary uplink control information to a second base station; and performing, by the second base station, uplink data scheduling for the user equipment according to the auxiliary uplink control information. Therefore, a problem in which the second base station cannot acquire or correctly demodulate uplink information sent by the user equipment and consequently cannot schedule uplink data from the user equipment is solved.
