The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for determining a power offset parameter. The method for determining the power offset parameter provided in the present invention comprises: obtaining data throughput rate and/or cell resource usage state of a terminal; determining a resource state of the terminal according to the data throughput rate and/or the cell resource usage state and a corresponding threshold; determining power offset parameter configuration corresponding to the resource state according to the determined resource state; and sending the power offset parameter configuration to the terminal, so that the terminal determines the power offset parameter according to the power offset parameter configuration.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an interference cancellation method, user equipment, and a base station, so as to cancel interference between two neighboring user equipments without reducing transmit power of the user equipments or limiting scheduling flexibility. The method in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes: sending, by first user equipment UE, an ICCI to second UE by using a device-to-device D2D link, where the ICCI includes information about a configuration used for sending an uplink signal by the first UE; and sending, by the first UE after sending the ICCI, the uplink signal to a base station to which the first UE belongs, where the uplink signal sent by the first UE causes interference to receiving, by the second UE, of a downlink signal sent by a base station to which the second UE belongs.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose an information transmission method, including: acquiring, by a base station, ratio of energy per chip to power spectral density Ec/Ior information of a pilot channel; and delivering, by the base station, the Ec/Ior information to user equipment, so that the user equipment acquires a real-time Ec/Ior value of the pilot channel according to the Ec/Ior information. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose an information acquiring method, a base station, user equipment, and a radio network controller. With the present invention, accurate Ec/Ior information can be directly sent to UE, which helps the UE obtain an accurate real-time Ec/Ior value through calculation, and improves performance of receiving a target signal.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for correcting a CQI value. Information indicates radio channel characteristics. A block error rate (BLER) target value is determined according to the information that indicates radio channel characteristics. A channel quality indicator (CQI) measurement value is corrected according to a BLER measurement value and the determined BLER target value.
Abstract:
A transmission timing interval (TTI) adjusting method is provided. An embodiment method includes obtaining use condition of a system resource and traffic flow of a user, determining whether the system resource is limited based on the use condition of the system resource, comparing a current traffic flow of the user with a preset traffic flow threshold when the system resource is determined to be limited and a current TTI of the user is smaller than a second TTI, and adjusting the current TTI of the user to the second TTI when the current traffic flow of the user is smaller than the preset traffic flow threshold. Through the embodiment method, a dynamic balance may be achieved between the Quality of Service (QoS) of the user and the cell capacity.
