Abstract: This application discloses a sleep scheduling method and a device. The method may be applied to a distributed system including a first device, a second device, and a third device. The method includes: The first device determines, based on first scenario information, that a first service arrives, generates second sleep and wake-up information based on the first scenario information and first sleep and wake-up information, and updates the second sleep and wake-up information to a sleep and wake-up scheduling table, where the first sleep and wake-up information indicates a current sleep and wake-up status of the first device in each time slice in a sleep scheduling period, and the second sleep and wake-up information indicates a sleep and wake-up status that needs to be met in each time slice in the sleep scheduling period when the first device performs a service including the first service.
