Abstract: The present invention discloses a flow table generating method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining, by an SDN controller, a user data packet processing manner of a VAS server that is sent by a VAS server information collector; generating a flow table according to service chain information of a user data packet, the user data packet processing manner of the VAS server, and a 5-tuple of the user data packet; and sending the flow table to an SDN switch, so that the SDN switch can send the user data packet to a corresponding VAS server according to the flow table, thereby implementing access of the user data packet to a related VAS server in a case in which a VAS server modifies a 5-tuple of a user data packet.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for managing resources of a network slice are disclosed. In the method, a slice management apparatus obtains independent decision results of a plurality of network slices respectively; if the independent decision results of the plurality of network slices are not completely consistent, determines final decision results for the network slices based on the independent decision results of the plurality of network slices; and sends the final decision results to a virtualized infrastructure manager VIM. The final decision results are used to instruct to allocate resource of a first network slice in the plurality of network slices to a second network slice in the plurality of network slices.

Abstract: A flow table management method, devices, and systems. Abstract: A packet tunneling method, a switching device, and a control device are provided. The method includes: a switching device receives a tunnel flow table entry delivered by the control device, where the tunnel flow table entry is used to determine a to-be-tunneled packet and indicate a tunneling operation to be performed on the to-be-tunneled packet; determines according to the tunnel flow table entry, whether the received first packet is the to-be-tunneled packet; and when the first packet is the to-be-tunneled packet, and tunnels the first packet according to the tunnel flow table entry. Because the switching device supports a tunnel flow table, when a packet is transmitted in a mobile packet network by using the OpenFlow protocol, tunnel encapsulation or decapsulation can be performed on the packet by using the tunnel flow table entry delivered by the control device, thereby enhancing a packet processing capability in the mobile packet network.
