摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of recovering performance of a fuel cell stack in a fuel cell system of a vehicle. The method includes determining whether the fuel cell stack is in a state in which a stack performance recovery operation is possible based on information collected from the vehicle using a predetermined stack state determination criterion, determining whether the vehicle is in a state in which the stack performance recovery operation is possible based on operation information of a fuel cell system, and performing the stack performance recovery operation upon determining that the fuel cell stack is in the state in which the stack performance recovery operation is possible and that the vehicle is in the state in which the stack performance recovery operation is possible.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for diagnosing a failure in a fuel cell system. To prevent degradation of a fuel cell stack due to abnormal supply of hydrogen, the apparatus includes a first pressure sensor that measures pressure of hydrogen supplied into the fuel cell stack, a second pressure sensor that measures the pressure of the hydrogen supplied into the fuel cell stack, and a controller that first diagnoses a supply state of the hydrogen based on a first pressure value measured by the first pressure sensor and a second pressure value measured by the second pressure sensor, and further diagnoses the supply state of the hydrogen based on an absolute value of a difference between the first pressure value and the second pressure value.

摘要: Provided are a method and system for correcting an offset of a hydrogen pressure sensor. The method includes constantly supplying the hydrogen to the fuel cell stack, determining whether an offset of the hydrogen pressure sensor needs to be corrected based on a stop time before the fuel cell stack starts and a magnitude of an output voltage of the fuel cell stack, calculating an offset correction value when the offset of the hydrogen pressure sensor needs to be corrected, and correcting the offset of the hydrogen pressure sensor and performing the starting of the fuel cell stack.

摘要: A cold start control method and system for fuel cell vehicles determines when the fuel cell vehicle is started, whether the fuel cell vehicle enters a cold start mode. An estimated time estimated to be required until the stopped vehicle coolant temperature, which is measured in a state in which the fuel cell vehicle is stopped before being started, reaches a reference temperature is derived. The required time required from a point in time at which the stopped vehicle coolant temperature is measured to a point in time at which the fuel cell vehicle enters the cold start mode is derived. A target heating value is corrected according to a ration between the estimated time and the required time to derive a final target heating value. The heating value of the fuel cell stack is caused to reach the final target heating value.
