摘要: A liquid level detecting apparatus of a tank for a vehicle is provided. The apparatus includes a main detecting part that detects the liquid level of the liquid in a tank to output a liquid level detection signal corresponding to the liquid level and an auxiliary floater assembly that has an auxiliary floater provided to float on the liquid surface of the liquid in the tank. A gyro sensor is mounted to the auxiliary floater, and an angle detection signal corresponding to an inclined angle of the tank is output by the gyro sensor. A controller determines a final liquid level value by correcting a liquid level value obtained from the liquid level detection signal based on the angle detection signal.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of recovering performance of a fuel cell stack in a fuel cell system of a vehicle. The method includes determining whether the fuel cell stack is in a state in which a stack performance recovery operation is possible based on information collected from the vehicle using a predetermined stack state determination criterion, determining whether the vehicle is in a state in which the stack performance recovery operation is possible based on operation information of a fuel cell system, and performing the stack performance recovery operation upon determining that the fuel cell stack is in the state in which the stack performance recovery operation is possible and that the vehicle is in the state in which the stack performance recovery operation is possible.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for diagnosing a failure in a fuel cell system. To prevent degradation of a fuel cell stack due to abnormal supply of hydrogen, the apparatus includes a first pressure sensor that measures pressure of hydrogen supplied into the fuel cell stack, a second pressure sensor that measures the pressure of the hydrogen supplied into the fuel cell stack, and a controller that first diagnoses a supply state of the hydrogen based on a first pressure value measured by the first pressure sensor and a second pressure value measured by the second pressure sensor, and further diagnoses the supply state of the hydrogen based on an absolute value of a difference between the first pressure value and the second pressure value.

摘要: A control system and method for preventing a fuel cell from overheating are disclosed. The system includes: a fuel cell that generates electric power through reaction of fuel gas and oxidation gas; a cooling line in which a cooling medium flows and performs heat exchange with the fuel cell; a cooling pump installed on the cooling line and configured to circulate the cooling medium through the cooling line; a cooling controller that controls an operating state of the cooling pump on the basis of the temperature of the fuel cell or the cooling medium; and a power generation controller that limits power generation of the fuel cell on the basis of the operating state of the cooling pump.
