摘要: A control method of an air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a process A of determining whether arrival at a destination is imminent based on data detected from a data detecting unit by a controller and comparing a target temperature of an evaporator with an actual temperature of the evaporator in a state of cooling a vehicle interior while the vehicle is running. A process B includes controlling a blow motor, a compressor, and a vent discharge control unit by determining whether the evaporator is cleaned by the controller through process A, and controlling an outdoor air/indoor air mode operation unit by detecting external humidity and internal humidity. A process C includes controlling the blow motor and the outdoor air/indoor air mode operation unit by comparing an external temperature with the temperature of the evaporator.

摘要: A centralized energy module for a vehicle includes a base plate, a compressor mounted on the base plate, a first condenser mounted on the base plate at a location spaced part from the compressor and configured for condensing the refrigerant through heat-exchange with a first coolant supplied from a high temperature radiator while firstly passing the refrigerant supplied from the compressor, a second condenser connected with the first condenser and configured for condensing the refrigerant through heat-exchange with a second coolant supplied from a low temperature radiator while secondly passing the refrigerant supplied from the compressor, an expansion valve connected with the second condenser, and an evaporator mounted on the base plate, evaporating the refrigerant supplied from the expansion valve through heat-exchange with a third coolant which flows into the evaporator and supplying the evaporated refrigerant to the compressor.

Operation fluids passing through the paths exchange heat. A first inflow aperture is formed on a second surface of the unit and connected to the first flow path. A first exhaust aperture is formed corresponding to the first inflow aperture on the first surface of the unit and connected to the first flow path. A connection aperture is formed in the plates, connected to the first flow path, and closing a connection to the second flow path. A second inflow aperture is formed corresponding to the first inflow aperture and connected to the second flow path. A second exhaust aperture is formed at a center of the unit and connected to the second inflow aperture through the second flow path.

摘要: A method of controlling an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided. The method includes setting a scheduled heating and performing charging of the battery and the scheduled heating. A desire target temperature (DTT) of a user is then received and a discharge temperature of air supplied into the vehicle is compared with the DTT to adjust revolutions per minute (RPM) of a compressor. When the RPM of the compressor is adjusted the RPM of the compressor is determined based on whether the discharge temperature is the same as the DTT, and whether to operate the electric heater is determined.

摘要: A thermal management system may include: a cooling apparatus of circulating a coolant in a coolant line to cool at least one electrical component provided in the coolant line; a battery cooling apparatus of circulating the coolant to the battery module; a chiller for heat-exchanging the coolant with a refrigerant to control a temperature of the coolant; a heater that heats an interior of the vehicle using the coolant; a branch line; a chiller connection line connecting the chiller and the valve; and wherein the reservoir tank is provided in the coolant line between the radiator and the valve, and is connected to the coolant line connecting the valve and the first water pump through a supply line, and wherein a condenser included in the air conditioner is connected to the coolant line to pass the coolant circulating through the cooling apparatus.
