Abstract: To provide an article gripping system that reduces the installation area of the apparatus and further shortens the amount of time from when it grips to when it feeds articles. An article gripping system (110) switches between a first positional relationship in which a container (50) obstructs discharge of articles gripped by a first gripping unit (15A) but does not obstruct discharge of articles by a second gripping unit (15B) and a second positional relationship in which the container (50) obstructs discharge of articles gripped by the second gripping unit (15B) but does not obstruct discharge of articles gripped by the first gripping unit (15A), so the gripping units do not move while they are holding the articles, and the articles can be prevented from falling out of the gripping units (15).

Abstract: Provided is a boxing device to restrain productivity decreases and cost increases. A boxing device has a stocking section to form a stocking space in which a plurality of cardboard boxes made from a box-making sheet can be stocked, a packing section in which the cardboard boxes sent from the stocking space are placed, a boxing section, and a controller. The boxing section performs a boxing action of packing a plurality of products discharged from a bag-making and packaging machine into the cardboard boxes placed in the packing section. The controller, on the basis of weighing machine information and user-set information, executes a stocking number deciding process to decide a numerical quantity (stocking number) of cardboard boxes stocked in the stocking space. The weighing machine information is information relating to an operating condition of the packaging machine (packaging-machine-related information). The user-set information is information set by a user.

Abstract: A box-packing system having a first conveyor, a first robot that applies suction, holds, and transports a package, and a control device. The package includes soft packaging material, and is conveyed by the first conveyor. The control device operates the first robot to move the package to a box-packing preparation area. The first robot has a suction part applying suction the package from above, an arm that moves the suction part in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, and a servomotor. The servomotor drives the arm so that the suction part can apply suction to the package at a predetermined vertical location. An acquisition part of the control device acquires thickness information of the package. The determination part determines the predetermined height location based the thickness information. The command generation part drives the servomotor in response to the predetermined height location determined by the determination part.

Solution An article discharge system 100 pulls out and discharges some articles A from an article group A1 disposed in a placement unit 50. The article discharge system includes plural grippers 30, weight acquisition units 40, and a control unit 70. The grippers grip the articles. The weight acquisition units acquire weight values of the articles that each of the plural grippers grips. The control unit causes the plural grippers to grip the some articles from the article group disposed in the placement unit and, based on the result of a combination calculation using the weight values of the articles that each of the plural grippers grips, causes a predetermined combination of the grippers to release and discharge the articles. During the period after the control unit has caused the grippers to release the articles and before the control unit next causes the grippers to grip the articles, the control unit implements a zero correction process on the weight acquisition units corresponding to the grippers that were caused to release the articles.-

Abstract: A suction apparatus includes a suction unit, a negative pressure detection unit, a suction abnormality determination unit, and a notification unit. The suction unit suctions and holds merchandise with a negative pressure. The negative pressure detection unit detects a negative pressure value in the suction unit whenever the suction unit suctions the merchandise. The suction abnormality determination unit determines that the suction unit is abnormal in a case where the detected negative pressure value is lower in negative pressure degree than a predetermined suction determination negative pressure value continuously by a predetermined number of times of determination or more. The notification unit provides a notification in a case where the suction unit is determined to be abnormal.
