    摘要: A pallet is housed while being supported from below by a pair of shelf-side support surfaces. The shelf-side support surfaces extend in a second direction and are separate from each other in a first direction by a predetermined separation distance. A pallet inspection device includes a first lift member, a second lift member, a raising and lowering mechanism, and an inspection unit. The first lift member has a first support surface. The second lift member has a second support surface. The first support surface and the second support surface extend in a width direction and are separate from each other in a transportation direction by a predetermined setting distance. The setting distance corresponds to the separation distance between the pair of shelf-side support surfaces. The inspection unit inspects the pallet for bending while the first support surface and the second support surface are at a projecting position.

    摘要: The disclosure is directed to apparatus and methods for detection of out of position (OOP) components in a carrier tape forming machine. An apparatus includes cross track sensors coupled to the bus interface circuitry, the cross track sensors configured to detect OOP components prior to overlaying the components on the carrier tape with cover tape, optical sensors to detect the OOP components on the carrier tape after overlaying with cover tape and prior to sealing and to detect reflections from OOP components seated on the carrier tape, an amplifier coupled to the optical sensors to amplify signals generated by the optical sensors and set a range for determining whether the components are OOP, and relays to receive indications of detected OOP components, and a controller coupled to the relays to stop the carrier tape forming machine as a function of signals received by the relays.

    摘要: A transporting apparatus for a packing machine has a mounting base, a weighing mechanism, a raising mechanism, a transmitting mechanism, and a lifting mechanism. The raising mechanism has a raising driver and a raising frame being drivable by the raising driver. The lifting mechanism has a lifting driver and a lifting frame being drivable by the lifting driver. The transmitting mechanism has a transmitting driver and a transmitting frame being drivable by the transmitting driver. The weighing mechanism, the raising mechanism, the transmitting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism are fixed apart on the mounting base, which reduces noises and vibrations during operation and improves convenience of mounting and detaching.
