Abstract: A reflecting device in an embodiment according to the present invention includes common electrodes arranged in a matrix at a distance in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction, bias electrodes arranged overlapping the common electrodes in a planar view, a liquid crystal layer between the common electrodes and the bias electrodes, and common wirings connecting adjacent common electrodes among the common electrodes. Each of the common wirings has a length of half an effective wavelength λg when a radio wave of a specific wavelength λ propagates through the liquid crystal layer.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a photosensor including light-receiving elements; a front light including a light guide plate and a light source configured to emit light to a first side surface of the light guide plate; and an optical filter layer provided between the light-receiving elements and the front light. The optical filter layer includes light guide paths and a light-blocking portion. A first opening of each light guide path closest to the light-receiving elements is offset in a direction more away from the light source than a second opening of the light guide path farthest from the light-receiving elements. The light guide plate includes a scattering portion on the optical filter layer side.
