摘要: A single bracket serves to both attach a TXV bulb to an outer surface of an outlet header and to place a securely hold the distribution assembly in a fixed position with respect to the TXV bulb. A pair of clam shell clamping members on opposite ends of a central member are put in position and clamped to hold the TXV bulb tightly in place against the outlet header and to clamp around the equalizer of the distributor assembly, thereby resulting in a rigid interconnection which maintains the desired positions for each of the components.

摘要: An expansion bullet for a heat exchanger tube includes a leading edge face, a trailing edge face, and a bullet body insertable into a tube of a heat exchanger to expand the tube. The bullet body extends from the leading edge face to the trailing edge face and has an outer profile defined by a single radius. An expansion mechanism for a tube of heat exchanger includes a bullet driving device and an expansion bullet drivable by the bullet driving device. The expansion bullet includes a leading edge face, a trailing edge face, and a bullet body insertable into a tube of a heat exchanger to expand the tube. The bullet body extends from the leading edge face to the trailing edge face and has an outer profile defined by a single radius.

摘要: Disclosed is a three-layer protective enclosure that provides resistance to water, dust, dirt, and bump protection for sensitive electronic devices. In one embodiment, an inner membrane layer is provided, which is a thin, flexible layer that protects portions of the electronic device and allows the user to interact with keyboards, push buttons and other interactive features of the electronic device. A protective hard shell fits tightly over the membrane and provides additional sealing and rigidity to the protective enclosure. A stretchable cushion layer is placed over the hard shell which conforms to the hard shell and seals moisture, dust and dirt from entering the hard shell. The stretchable cushion layer provides cushioning and also allows access to certain controls on the electronic device. In another embodiment, a touch screen cover may be used with, or without, a membrane over other portions of the electronic device.

摘要: A method of lubricating an interior of a tube includes applying a lubricant including a mixture of an additive and a solvent into an interior of a tube. A flow of drying agent is injected into a first end of the tube to force the solvent from the interior of the tube via a second end of the tube thereby leaving a coating of additive at the interior of the tube. The drying agent is heated to remove additional solvent from the interior of the tube via evaporation.

摘要: A method of forming a tube for a heat exchanger includes advancing an expansion tool into a tube a first time and engaging the expansion tool with the tube to expand the tube diametrically at least partially along a length of the tube. The expansion tool is at least partially retracted from the tube. The expansion tool is advanced into the tube one or more subsequent times thereby engaging the expansion tool with the tube one or more subsequent times to further expand the tube at least partially along the length of the tube.
