Abstract:
An apparatus is disclosed that includes a resistance measuring unit operable to determine a solution resistance Rsol and a charge transfer resistance Rct of a battery; and at least one computer-readable non-transitory storage medium comprising code, that, when executed by at least one processor, is operable to provide an estimate of the present value of the battery by: comparing Rsol and Rct to historical deterioration transition information; estimating the number of remaining charge cycles before a discharge capacity lower limit is reached by the battery using the comparison; and estimating the number of remaining charge cycles before a discharge time lower limit is reached by the battery using the comparison. The estimate of the present value of the battery includes the smaller of the number of remaining charge cycles before a discharge capacity lower limit is reached or the number of remaining charge cycles before a discharge time lower limit is reached.
Abstract:
A power generation plan creating system and a method thereof which can create an optimized operation plan with a power quality being as a parameter in a small-scale power system are provided. A power generation plan creating system includes a condition setting unit setting a time slot of a power generation plan, a power-quality-condition setting unit setting a condition for a frequency fluctuation and for a voltage fluctuation to set a power quality condition, a power generation plan calculating unit setting an operation cost based on the set time slot of the power generation plan and power quality, a blackout rate calculating unit calculating a blackout rate for each blackout time, a risk calculating unit calculating a blackout risk based on the blackout rate, and a whole cost integrating unit totaling the blackout risk and the operation cost to integrate a whole cost for each power quality.

An abnormality detection device of an embodiment includes an encoder, a first identifier, a decoder, and a second identifier. The encoder is configured to compress input data using a compression parameter to generate a compressed data. The first identifier is configured to determine whether a distribution of the compressed data input by the encoder is a distribution of the compressed data or a prior distribution prepared in advance, and inputs a first identification result to the encoder. The decoder is configured to decode the compressed data using a compressing parameter to generate reconstructed data. The second identifier is configured to determine whether the reconstructed data input by the decoder is the reconstruction data or the input data and outputs a second identification result to the encoder and the decoder.
Abstract:
A power demand estimating apparatus includes a demand data memory, a demand estimator, and a display. The demand data memory stores plural power demand patterns and power demand amount data. The demand estimator selects, from the demand data memory, the demand pattern matching the environmental condition on an estimation day, obtains the maximum value of an power demand amount and the minimum value thereof at an expected temperature on the estimation day, calculates, using those pieces of information, the power demand amount per a unit time on the estimation day, and creates a demand estimating model. The display displays, together with the power demand pattern selected by the demand estimator, the demand estimating model.
