Abstract: A sensor device according to the present invention includes a substrate including a heat generation portion, a casing including an accommodation portion accommodating the substrate, and a sensor element including a temperature-sensitive resistor and being supported by the substrate, in which the accommodation portion is divided into a plurality of accommodation spaces on a side closer to the sensor element. The accommodation portion is divided into a first accommodation space and a second accommodation space via division plates, and the first accommodation space is formed on a side closer to the sensor element than the second accommodation space, and widely as compared with the second accommodation space.

Abstract: It is an object to provide a flow rate sensor device having improved sensor responsiveness compared with the prior art. The present invention is a flow rate sensor device (1) including a sensor element (3, 4) that detects a flow rate, wherein a sensor unit (10) on which the sensor element (3, 4) is mounted and a drive substrate (11) including a drive control circuit are connected through a connection portion (12) narrower than a width of the drive substrate (11). Thus, a heat source in the drive substrate (11) and a heat source in the sensor unit (10) can be separated by the connection portion (12) that is thin in width, and the thermal influence from the drive substrate (11) to the sensor unit (10) can be suppressed. Therefore, good sensor responsiveness can be maintained.

Abstract: The visibility of light is improved. A flow rate sensor device includes a substrate, sensor elements electrically connected to the substrate, light emitting elements positioned in a rear part of the sensor elements and disposed on a surface of the substrate, and light-transmissive cases internally accommodating the light emitting elements between the light-transmissive cases and the substrate. The light-transmissive cases have light diffusion members projecting from ceiling sections toward the light emitting elements, the light diffusion members have light incident surfaces facing the light emitting elements and wall surfaces connecting the light incident surfaces and the ceiling sections, and at least a part of the wall surfaces has a tilting surface having a dimension between the opposing wall surfaces, the dimension gradually increasing from a side close to the light incident surface toward the ceiling section.

Abstract: It is an object to provide a flow rate sensor device having improved sensor responsiveness compared with the prior art. The present invention is a flow rate sensor device including a sensor element that detects a flow rate; a unit body including a sensor unit in which the sensor element is mounted, and a case accommodating the unit body, wherein the sensor unit is supported away from a bottom surface of the case. In this way, the sensor unit is supported to float upward from the bottom surface of the case, and a space is provided between the sensor unit and the bottom surface. Therefore, heat caused in the sensor unit can be separated from outside, and good sensor responsiveness can be maintained.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a sensor unit that can suppress deterioration in communication quality as compared with in the conventional art even when a number of sensor units are connected in sequence, and multiple-type sensor using the sensor unit. A sensor unit in the present invention includes a sensor, and a microcontroller that is electrically connected with the sensor and processes a detection signal of the sensor, wherein the microcontroller includes a host communication control unit that communicates with a host device and a client communication control unit that communicates with a client device. According to the present invention, the deterioration in communication quality can be suppressed as compared with in the conventional art, even when a number of sensor units are connected in sequence.
