Abstract: Provided are a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional textile reinforcement material and a method of constructing a textile reinforced concrete structure using a three-dimensional textile reinforcement material. A two-dimensional grid is bent into a three-dimensional shape using a two-dimensionally woven or knitted textile grid, and the bent grid is coupled with at least one two-dimensional grid, and thus the three-dimensional textile reinforcement material can be simply and easily formed. The three-dimensional textile reinforcement material can be formed by coating the coupled two-dimensional grid and a three-dimensional grid with a thermosetting resin and curing the coupled grids to support a concrete pouring pressure. The three-dimensional textile reinforcement material is formed in a truss material, and the three-dimensional textile reinforcement material with high bending strength can be manufactured, thus a concrete pouring pressure can be supported when a textile reinforced concrete structure is constructed using the three-dimensional textile reinforcement material.

Abstract: Provided are a system and method for reinforcing and protecting a reinforced concrete structure in which a reinforced concrete structure is divided and corrosion factors of the divided cross-sectional regions are monitored to automatically supply a protection current to each of the divided cross-sectional regions, thereby actively performing protection of the reinforced concrete structure, and also, by adjusting the level of a protection current according to the progression of corrosion in each divided cross-sectional region of the reinforced concrete structure, power consumption required for protection is optimized and protection is effectively performed, and also by disposing a carbon fiber textile grid in the surface of the reinforced concrete structure to be employed as both a reinforcement member and an anode of the reinforced concrete structure, microcracking which may occur in concrete curing is inhibited and thus permeation of moisture or a chloride into the surface thereof is prevented.

Abstract: A heat shrinkable tube-covered rebar basically solves a problem of corrosion of a rebar embedded in a concrete structure by covering the rebar with a heat shrinkable tube, which is a polymer material, and a thermosetting resin to prevent the rebar embedded in the concrete structure from corroding, and easily integrates a reinforcing bar with the heat shrinkable tube and perform a first anti-corrosion treatment on the reinforcing bar by applying a thermosetting resin between the reinforcing bar and the heat shrinkable tube.

Abstract: Provided are a concrete structure repaired and reinforced using a textile grid reinforcement and a highly durable inorganic binder and a method of repairing and reinforcing the same, capable of easily repairing and reinforcing an old concrete structure by adhering a textile grid reinforcement, which is coated with a coating material to improve adhesiveness, to the old concrete structure and by adhering a textile grid reinforcement selectively using a highly durable inorganic binder having chloride penetration resistance performance or chemical resistance performance according to a use environment and a reinforcement purpose, that is, by adhering a textile grid reinforcement using an inorganic binder such as cement in place of an organic adhesive. Further, the concrete structure has excellent refractory performance because both the textile grid reinforcement such as a carbon fiber and the highly durable inorganic binder are incombustible materials, and can be effectively applied to reinforcing facilities exposed to the danger of fire.

Abstract: Provided are a highly durable textile reinforcing panel used as a concrete form and a method for constructing a reinforced concrete structure using the same. The highly durable textile reinforcing panel is configured to resist a lateral pressure caused due to a self-load of concrete which is not cured during construction and function as a structure reinforcing material by being integrated with concrete cured after the construction, is integrated with the concrete structure via a textile shear connector formed on a highly durable concrete panel, and allows a lattice-shaped reinforcing material to remarkably increase flexural strength of the highly durable concrete panel, and thus a flexural strength of the entire concrete structure is remarkably increased when the highly durable textile reinforcing panel used as a concrete form is structurally integrated with the concrete structure.

Abstract: A variable traffic safety sign is useful in informing road users of the possibility of a surface of a road or bridge section being wet or frozen without using an additional external power source by exactly expressing freezing and wet roadbed conditions of the road or bridge section using a thermochromic paint and a humidity indicator paint, and also allowing road drivers to exactly recognize the roadbed conditions of the road or bridge section by displaying the freezing and wet roadbed conditions of the road or bridge section conditions in response to changes in temperature and humidity, respectively. Also, the variable traffic safety sign is readily applicable to structures such as a bridge crash barrier, a traffic safety sign board, a bridge guardrail, a road shoulder, and an inner part, entrance and exit of a tunnel.
