Provided is an image forming apparatus that reflects setup information according to an intention of a user. The image forming apparatus is operational from each of a mobile terminal and an operation panel. Accordingly, the image forming apparatus has an operation determination processing part. The operation determination part, when the start key in the operation panel is pressed, determines to reflect either of setup information of the mobile terminal or setup information of an operation panel.

A management server includes a communication unit configured to receive job data and transmit the job data to the image forming apparatus so that the image forming apparatus executes the job, and a registering unit. When the communication unit receives the job data containing account information, if it is determined that the account information contained in the job data satisfies the registration condition, the registering unit registers the account information contained in the job data. If it is determined that the registration condition is not satisfied, the registering unit does not register the account information contained in the job data.

An information processing apparatus includes a memory and an arithmetic device. The arithmetic device acts as a registerer that stores user information in the memory, a function information storage device that stores function information, related to a function utilized by a user indicated by the user information, in the memory in association with the user information, a history storage device that stores a function execution history in the memory, in association with the user information, and a deleter that deletes, when an event, predefined as trigger for reducing a number of pieces of user information, has occurred, one or more pieces of user information and the function information from the memory. The function information storage device stores, when the deleted user information is reregistered by the registerer, the function information corresponding to the execution history associated with the reregistered user information, in the memory in association with the user information.

In order to promote the use of a display panel as an operation panel part, if a communicable terminal device (9) is detected (S1), a CPU (10) requests the terminal device (9) to transmit panel information (S2), and determines, on the basis of the panel information, whether or not the operability of the terminal device (9) is higher than that of an operation panel part (6) (S3). If the operability of the terminal device (9) is higher than that of the operation panel part (6), the CPU (10) displays a terminal device utilization screen on a display panel (61) (S4). If an operation of an image forming device (1) by the terminal device (9) is selected by a user, the CPU (10) generates data for displaying an image of an operation screen based on the display on the display panel (61) and a setting value set by the operation of the operation panel part (6), and transmits the data to the terminal device (9) (S6).

An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic mail sending device able to simply confirm and correct a designated destination. To this end, an electronic mail sending device (10) is used which is able to set a destination (mail address) of an electronic mail using address data (30) in which a plurality of address records are previously registered. Group information composed of a plurality of group items is registered together with destinations in the address records. A mail generation part (20) that compares a common item in the group information whose destination has already been set with the group information whose destination is newly set when a new destination is designated in a state where a destination is set. When both group information is inconsistent with each other, the electronic generation part (20) causes a display part (13) to display a warning screen, newly designated and notifies inconsistency between both group information.
