摘要: The invention relates to a seatbelt lock (1) having a preventive tensioning device (2) which moves the seatbelt lock (1) from an operating position into a lowered safety position with respect to the operating position and which comprises an energy accumulator (4) and a drive unit (6). According to the invention, the seatbelt lock (1) is maintained preloaded in the operating position by means of the energy accumulator (4), the drive unit (6) transferring the seatbelt lock (1) from the safety position back into the operating position.

摘要: A method for a safety system in a vehicle continuously evaluates data relating to the surroundings from a surroundings sensor system in terms of an imminent collision with an obstacle, and autonomous emergency braking is initiated in the event of an unavoidable collision. The emergency braking is maintained until a predefined event occurs. The predefined event can be the expiration of a time calculated in advance up to the collision or the impact which is actually detected by a sensor.

摘要: A motor vehicle with an occupant restraint device, including a control device which produces a triggering signal when a predefined hazard signal is generated as a function of signals of a safety sensor system, and, accordingly, the occupant restraint vehicle acts on a vehicle occupant by at least one impact cushion. The control device generates the hazard signal at least as a function of vehicle acceleration signals and a belt state signal representing the activation or deactivation of a seat belt, deactivating the occupant restraint device at least for a certain period of time and/or activating the occupant restraint device at reduced power if the seat belt is identified as having been deactivated and vehicle acceleration signals are assigned to a critical forward displacement of the occupant if the seat belt is deactivated.
