摘要: A production facility, which can produce a product efficiently while saving the space of the facility, is disclosed. The production facility comprises: a plurality of machine tools 31, 32, 33, 34 for machining a workpiece 11; a conveyor 16 for conveying the workpiece 11; and a controller 41 for controlling the machine tools 31, 32, 33, 34 and the conveyor 16. Each of the machine tools 31, 32, 33, 34 has a function of performing machining of its own process, machining of a preceding process, and machining of a succeeding process on the workpiece. The controller 41 controls the machine tools 31, 32, 33, 34 and the conveyor 16 so as to perform the machining of the respective processes continuously on the workpiece 11 in accordance with a status of machining of the workpiece 11 by the plurality of machine tools 31, 32, 33, 34.

摘要: Provided are manufacturing facilities capable of manufacturing many kinds of products efficiently in a small lot without increasing their cost. The manufacturing facilities comprise working cells (21 and 22) having at least two machine tools (11 and 12) arranged for working a workpiece (W), a rinsing cell (23) having at least two rinsing devices (13) arranged for rinsing the workpiece worked, an inspecting cell (24) having at least two inspecting devices (14) arranged for inspecting leakage of the workpiece rinsed, and a robot arm (15) capable of gripping the workpiece and transferring the workpiece between the individual cells (21, 22, 23 and 24). The individual cells (21, 22, 23 and 24) are arranged around the robot arm (15).

摘要: A processing apparatus and an operating method of the processing apparatus, in which a water insoluble oil homogeneous to a water insoluble oil (processing oil) used for a mist-lubrication in a processing site on a work is used as a lubricating oil for a lubrication section of a processing machine, an aqueous solution is used as a cleaning liquid for cleaning the work after having been processed, and then a used processing oil and a used cleaning liquid are recovered and separated and further the separated processing oil and cleaning liquid are circulated into respective supply means, so that the used processing oil may be recovered and reused even if the lubricating oil is mixed into the processing oil since both are homogeneous oil and further the used cleaning liquid and the used processing oil can be surely separated from each other and reused, which allows to reduce an amount of waste as well as to reduce the cost.

摘要: In a method of fastening composite material parts, a first smoothness of a first fastener is measured which is arranged to a first countersink through-hole which is formed in a first fastened work as stacked composite material parts. A second countersink depth is determined based on the first smoothness. A second countersink through hole with a second countersink depth is formed in a second fastened work as the composite material parts. The second fastened work is fastened using the second fastener arranged to the second countersink through-hole.
