摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide an effective technique for a motor support structure of a power tool to reduce vibration. A representative reciprocating power tool may include a tool body, a tool bit, a grip, a motor, a tool bit side bearing, a grip side bearing, a tool bit side bearing housing, a grip and an elastic element. The tool bit side bearing housing houses the tool bit side bearing, while the grip side bearing housing houses the grip side bearing. The elastic element is disposed between the grip side bearing housing and the grip wherein the grip side bearing housing is elastically supported by the grip via the elastic element. According to the invention, because the grip is adapted to support the grip side bearing housing via the elastic element and the rigidity of the grip side bearing housing can be increased and vibration of the grip side bearing housing can be reduced. Further, the elastic element can absorb manufacturing errors caused between the tool body and the grip when the grip is mounted to the tool body.

A clutch pin (40) is provided in a reduction shaft (34) and configured to be slidable by an operation from outside, and a driven gear (38) is inserted onto the reduction shaft (34) and configured to be rotatable separately from the reduction shaft (34), so that a clutch mechanism is provided. By switching the clutch mechanism, a selection can be made between a hammer drill mode and a hammer mode. Meanwhile, the clutch pin (40) is configured to be slidable to a sliding position where the clutch pin (40) runs through the reduction shaft (34) so as to be capable of protruding upward beyond the reduction shaft (34), and at the sliding position, the clutch pin (40) engages with an engagement hole (46) provided on the tool holder (7) side so that a rotation of the tool holder (7) can be locked, whereby in the hammer mode, a selection can be further made between a neutral state where the clutch pin (40) does not engage with the engagement hole (46) and a rotation locked state where the clutch pin (40) engages with the engagement hole (46).

摘要: A hammer drill having a clutch pin and a clutch mechanism is provided. By switching the clutch mechanism, a selection can be made between a hammer drill mode and a hammer mode. The clutch pin is configured to be slidable to a sliding position where the clutch pin runs through the reduction shaft so as to be capable of protruding beyond the reduction shaft, and at the sliding position, the clutch pin engages with an engagement hole provided on the tool holder side so that a rotation of the tool holder can be locked, whereby in the hammer mode, a selection can be further made between a neutral state where the clutch pin does not engage with the engagement hole and a rotation locked state where the clutch pin engages with the engagement hole.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a technique for a reduction of vibration of an auxiliary handle for a hand-held power tool. The object can be achieved by a representative auxiliary handle. The auxiliary handle includes a ring-like mounting part, a pair of bases, a rod-like grip, one or arms and an elastic region. The bases are formed on a free end of the mounting part. The bases of the mounting part and extending end portions of the arms are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the grip. The bases of the mounting part and the extending end portions of the arms are clamped by a bolt and a nut such that the mounting part holds the power tool body. The elastic region is provided in at least one of the mounting part, the bases and the extending end portions of the arms.

A hand-held power tool (101) includes a power tool body (103) having a front end region to which a tool bit (119) can be mounted, a main handle (109) that is disposed on a rear end side of the power tool body (103) opposite from the tool bit (119), an auxiliary-handle mounting member (108) for mounting an auxiliary handle (110), and longitudinally elastic elements (151, 152) that are disposed between the power tool body (103) and the auxiliary handle mounting member (108) in the axial direction of the tool bit (119) and can elastically deform in the axial direction. The auxiliary-handle mounting member (108) is allowed to move with respect to the power tool body (103) in the axial direction of the tool bit (119) by elastic deformation of the longitudinally elastic elements (151, 152), so that transmission of vibration from the power tool body (103) to the auxiliary-handle mounting member (108) in the axial direction is reduced.
