摘要: A power tool includes a motor, a housing, a battery mounting part, and a battery protection part. The battery mounting part is provided to the housing on an opposite side from a working axis across the motor in an extending direction of a rotation axis of the motor. The battery mounting part is configured such that one end portion of at least one battery is mounted to the battery mounting part and an opposite end portion of the at least one battery in the extending direction of the rotation axis is exposed from the housing. The battery protection part is provided to an outer surface portion of the housing and configured to protect at least one corner region of the opposite end portion of the at least one battery against external force when the one end portion is mounted to the battery mounting part.

摘要: A power tool contains a brushless motor that includes a stator having a stack thickness and an outer diameter, a rotor having a diameter, and a motor shaft extending from the rotor and having a rotational axis. A drive mechanism is operably coupled to the motor shaft and is configured to drive a tool accessory in relation to a drive axis. A first housing houses the motor and the drive mechanism. The drive axis does not intersect the brushless motor, but the rotational axis of the motor shaft intersects the drive axis. The outer diameter of the stator is at least five times greater than the stack thickness. Furthermore, the diameter of the rotor is greater than the stack thickness.

摘要: A gear adjusting device for an electric impact device, comprising a front gearbox housing, a torsional cover rotationally sleeved at the top of the front gearbox housing, a reduction mechanism disposed at the bottom of the front gearbox housing and a tripping structure disposed within the torsional cover. The tripping structure consists of an adjusting screw, a tripping cushion, an adjusting ring and an impact conversion cushion. The adjusting ring can lock the tripping cushion and the impact conversion cushion. The torsional cover and the adjusting ring are provided with corresponding upper bosses and lower bosses, so the torsional cover drives the adjusting ring to rotate during anticlockwise rotation and when the torsional cover rotates clockwise, the adjusting ring does not rotate. Therefore, gear switching can be conducted when the torsional cover is rotated anticlockwise, achieving the effects of short adjustment stroke and quick switching.

摘要: An impact tool that realizes an ON-lock function with a simple mechanism and makes it possible to switch between activation and deactivation of the ON-lock function with few operation processes is provided. A hammer drill having at least two operating modes including a hammer mode in which an impact force is transmitted to a tool bit whereas a rotational force is not transmitted thereto includes: a motor as a power source; a trigger lever and an ON-lock button that are operated by an operator; a sensor that detects whether a selected operating mode is the hammer mode or not; and a controller that controls the motor based on an operation of the trigger lever and the ON-lock button. When the ON-lock button is operated while the hammer mode is selected, the controller performs ON-lock control to maintain the motor in the operating state even when the trigger lever is not operated.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present invention there is provided a rotary hammer comprising an electric motor having its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the axis of the hammer spindle and the tool holder. A single switching arrangement activates and deactivates the hammer mechanism and the rotary drive mechanism for the tool holder. The switching arrangement has a cam portion acting on a coupling part to activate and deactivate the hammer drive mechanism, and acting on a slider part to engage and disengage a coupling sleeve with a drive sleeve to thereby activate and deactivate the rotary drive mechanism of the hammer spindle. The switching arrangement comprises a gear train disposed between the switching element and the cam portion.

摘要: The invention relates to a power drill, having a tool-clamping device that is fastened to a spindle shaft, having a torque clutch that includes an axially movable clutch plate on which an axial force is exerted by a plurality of compression springs that cooperate at least indirectly with an adjusting nut situated on a housing component. The compression springs are accommodated in first recesses embodied in the longitudinal direction of the housing component. A device for axially moving an axial bearing situated on the spindle shaft, is provided at the end of the spindle shaft oriented toward the tool-clamping device. According to the invention, on its side oriented toward the clutch plate, the device for axially moving the axial bearing has at least one actuating section that is situated in a second recess of the housing component and on the side oriented toward the clutch plate, cooperates with an adjusting element for the device.

摘要: A planetary gear system with a sun gear, a ring gear co-axial with the sun gear, at least one planetary gear meshing with both the sun gear and the ring gear, and a planetary gear carrier which rotationally supports the at least one planetary gear. A torque clutch is supported by and connected directly between two of the sun gear, the ring gear, the at least one planetary gear and the planetary gear carrier. The torque clutch prevents relative rotation when an acting torque is below a predetermined torque value and allows relative rotation when the acting torque is above the predetermined torque value. A torque threshold adjustment mechanism is provided for adjusting the predetermined value of the torque at which the torque clutch slips.
