    摘要: This disclosure provides a high-frequency dielectric attachment capable of suppressing a decrease in Q value of a high frequency circuit and achieving a great adjusting effect. The high-frequency dielectric attachment is a laminate of an insulating sheet layer, adhesive layer, and a dielectric sheet layer. The insulating sheet layer forms an outermost layer of the laminate, and the adhesive layer and dielectric sheet layer are arranged in sequence below the insulating sheet layer. The width of the dielectric sheet layer is smaller than each of the width of the insulating sheet layer and the width of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer projects beyond the dielectric sheet layer in the width direction.

    摘要: An antenna includes a base, a first radiating element, and second radiating element. The first radiating element is open at a first end thereof, is connected to a ground point at a second end thereof, and resonates in a substantially ¼ wavelength mode in a first communication frequency band. A feed line is connected between a first feed point and a predetermined position between the first end and the second end of the first radiating element. The second radiating element has a first end that is a second feed point, a second end that is connected to the ground point, and resonates in a substantially ½ wavelength mode in a second communication frequency band. A distance from the ground point to the second feed point is longer than a distance from the ground point to the first feed point.

    摘要: In an antenna structure 1 in which a feed radiation electrode provided on a dielectric base member performs an antenna operation in a fundamental mode and an antenna operation in a higher-order mode with a resonant frequency higher than that in the fundamental mode, one end of the feed radiation electrode defines a feed end connected to a circuit for radio communication, and the other end of the feed radiation electrode defines an open end. The position of a capacitance-loading portion α is set in advance between the feed end and the open end of the feed radiation electrode. A capacitance-loading conductor is connected to one or both of the feed end and the capacitance-loading portion α of the feed radiation electrode. The capacitance-loading conductor forms a capacitance for adjusting a resonant frequency in the fundamental mode between the feed end and the capacitance-loading portion α.

    摘要: A surface-mounted type antenna which facilitates the realization of the widening of the frequency band, and a communication device including it. In this antenna, the strong electric-field regions of a power supplied first radiation electrode and a power non-supplied second radiation electrode are disposed adjacent to each other with a spacing therebetween, and simultaneously the high current regions of these radiation electrodes are disposed adjacent to each other with a spacing therebetween. By variably adjusting the quantity of the electric-field coupling between the strong electric-field regions of the first radiation electrode and the second radiation electrode, and by variably adjusting the quantity of the magnetic-field coupling between the high current regions of these radiation electrodes, both the quantities of the electric-field coupling and the magnetic-field coupling are set to conditions suited for the dual resonance. A superior dual resonance is thereby achieved.

    摘要: An antenna-electrode structure includes a feeding radiant-electrode and a grounded portion arranged such that an open-end of the feeding radiant-electrode defines a capacitance to the grounded portion therebetween, and a non-feeding radiant-electrode arranged to electromagnetically couple the feeding radiant-electrode. The non-feeding radiant electrode is arranged such that an open-end thereof defines a capacitance to the grounded portion therebetween to produce a dual-frequency resonance state together with the feeding radiant-electrode. In response to a signal supplied from a signal-supply source, the feeding radiant-electrode performs an antenna action and the non-feeding radiant-electrode in turn performs an antenna action by signal transmission from the feeding radiant-electrode, such that by being excited from these actions, the grounded portion also performs an antenna action. Because of the antenna action of the grounded portion, the sizes of the feeding radiant-electrode and the non-feeding radiant electrode are reduced.

    摘要: In a feeding radiation electrode of a surface mount antenna, a series inductance component such as a meander pattern is formed locally in a maximum resonance current part in a high-order mode (second-order mode) so as to locally form a series inductance component therein thereby making the maximum resonance current part have a greater electrical length per unit physical length than the other parts. This makes it possible to control the difference between the resonance frequency in a fundamental mode and the resonance frequency in the high-order mode over a large range. Furthermore, it is possible to vary the resonance frequency in the second-order mode independently of the resonance frequency in the fundamental mode by varying the number of lines or the line-to-line distance of the meander pattern thereby varying the value of the series inductance component. Thus, it is possible to easily and efficiently design a surface mount antenna having a frequency characteristic which satisfies requirements needed in multi-band applications without having to change the basic design.
