Abstract:
A removal device for removal of labels, a label and a method for applying glue to a label are provided. The removal device comprises a reception face for receiving glue. The reception face comprises a first region in which at least a first portion is arranged at at least a second portion for ensuring a sufficient glue application for a face of a label, to which face glue is applied. The first and second portions are configured so that glue can adhere to the first portion considerably easier than to the second portion, and at least a second region in which a third portion is arranged at a fourth portion for information purposes as regards the face of the label, to which face glue is applied. The third and fourth portions are configured so that glue can adhere to the third portion considerably easier than to the fourth portion.

Abstract:
A device for the transfer of fittings, such as labels during container labelling, having at least two gripper units that are offset in the circumferential direction around a transfer axis of a transfer station whereby it is possible to activate each in a clocked manner, whereby each of said gripper units takes over, via a movement around the transfer axis generated via a drive, a fitting individually from a moving take-over position of a feeder and transfers it through the transfer station to a moving hand-over position that is offset in the circumferential direction of the transfer station, at least two of the gripper units are arranged such that they can be moved around the transfer axis relative to one another, and stationary drive motors are provided for the gripper units that can be moved relative to one another, with which drive motors individually periodically non-uniform movements of the gripper units can be generated in the circumferential direction within one rotation. According to the method, each gripper unit is driven within one full rotation in the transfer station, relative to another, in a periodically non-uniform manner.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for applying labels to containers or packs, comprising the following steps: taking over a label from a label providing unit by means of a pallet such that a glue application surface of the label faces away from the pallet; conveying the label by means of the pallet past a glue application unit, where the glue application surface of the label has cold glue applied thereto, at least over part of its area; and, subsequently, directly transferring the glue-coated label to a container conveyed by a conveyer or to a pack conveyed by the conveyor.
Abstract:
Methods for manufacturing a plastic container and for filling it with a fill product are described. The methods include introducing a perform into a blow mold, pressuring the preform with a blowing medium, evacuating the interior space of the container to an underpressure, and introducing a fill product in the interior space at an overpressure.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a labelling apparatus for applying labels to containers, comprising a gluing device having a glue roller and a glue-application unit, which is assigned to the glue roller and is intended for applying glue to the glue roller, wherein the glue-application unit has at least one accommodating space for accommodating the glue, and wherein the glue roller and/or the glue-application unit are designed, and arranged in relation to one another, such that glue which is located in the accommodating space is applied to the surface of the glue roller only in one or more sub-regions of the overall extent—as seen in the axial direction of the glue roller—of the surface of the glue roller.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates generally to a labeler for labeling objects, in particular containers in the food industry. The labeler may have at least one label magazine for providing labels having a fixing side that is activatable by moistening, and at least one palletizing unit including at least one pallet for taking up and transferring individual labels, and at least one activating unit for activating, by moistening, the activatable fixing side of a label that has been taken up by a pallet. The labeler may be configured for directly transferring labels from the pallet of the palletizing unit to an object to be labeled.

Abstract:
A device for transferring fittings having at least two gripper units offset in the circumferential direction around a transfer axis of a transfer station. Each gripper unit can be activated in a clocked manner, whereby each gripper unit takes over from a feeder, via a movement around the transfer axis generated by an electric servomotor, at least one container fitting individually from a moving take-over position of a feeder and transfers it through the transfer station to a moving hand-over position offset in the circumferential direction of the transfer station. The gripper units are arranged such that they move around the transfer axis relative to one another. The transfer station includes the electric servomotors as drive motors of the gripper units for generating within one full revolution of each gripper unit individually periodically non-uniform movements of the gripper units in the circumferential direction.
