    Abstract: A foldable display device includes a display panel including a folding area and non-folding areas on both sides of the folding area and a back plate disposed under the display panel; and a support substrate disposed under the back plate and made of a metal or alloy including a plurality of pores, the support substrate includes a plurality of groove patterns recessed from a bottom surface toward a top surface of the support substrate and corresponding to the folding area, thereby minimizing recognition of the patterns in the folding area of the display panel and improve the folding properties.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display is discussed. The organic light emitting display includes a substrate, an organic light emitting diode positioned on the substrate, and a bather covering the organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode. The barrier includes at least one first block monomer layer and at least one second block monomer layer including inorganic precursors.     Abstract: A flexible display device includes a flexible substrate including a folding area and a non-folding area with a folding axis, a thin film transistor disposed on the flexible substrate, an organic light emitting diode disposed on the thin film transistor, an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light emitting diode, a touch sensor layer disposed on the encapsulation layer and having a plurality of touch electrodes, a protective layer disposed on the touch sensor layer, and a plurality of shock-proof pattern units disposed on the protective layer. Each of the plurality of touch electrodes includes a plurality of metal lines, and each of the plurality of shock-proof pattern units is disposed on the protective layer so as to overlap at least a part of the plurality of metal lines.
