    Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a flexible substrate configured to be stretchable and divided into a first area, a second area, and a third area. The display device includes a plurality of pixels disposed in the first area of the flexible substrate. The display device includes a plurality of heat transfer patterns disposed in the first area of the flexible substrate and configured to overlap the plurality of pixels, respectively. The display device includes a plurality of connection lines disposed in the second area of the flexible substrate and connected to the plurality of pixels, respectively. The display device includes a plurality of heat transfer lines disposed in the second area of the flexible substrate and connected to the plurality of heat transfer patterns, respectively, thereby effectively compensating for a temperature of the display device.

    Abstract: A foldable display device includes a display panel including a folding area and non-folding areas on both sides of the folding area in a folding direction; a first support substrate configured to support the display panel under the display panel and including a plurality of opening patterns corresponding to the folding area; and a second support substrate between the display panel and the first support substrate and including a plurality of protrusion patterns protruding to be inserted into the plurality of opening patterns. Sizes of the plurality of protrusion patterns are smaller than sizes of the corresponding plurality of opening patterns. Therefore, it is possible to improve durability and prevent or at least reduce degradation of folding characteristics of the foldable display device.

    Abstract: A flexible display device includes a flexible substrate including a folding area and a non-folding area with a folding axis, a thin film transistor disposed on the flexible substrate, an organic light emitting diode disposed on the thin film transistor, an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light emitting diode, a touch sensor layer disposed on the encapsulation layer and having a plurality of touch electrodes, a protective layer disposed on the touch sensor layer, and a plurality of shock-proof pattern units disposed on the protective layer. Each of the plurality of touch electrodes includes a plurality of metal lines, and each of the plurality of shock-proof pattern units is disposed on the protective layer so as to overlap at least a part of the plurality of metal lines.
