    Abstract: A method for performing a random access (RA) procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises: selecting a uplink carrier for the RA procedure between a first uplink carrier for a serving cell and a second uplink carrier for the serving cell; and performing a first random access preamble (RAP) transmission for the RA procedure through the selected uplink carrier. Selecting the uplink carrier comprises: selecting the first uplink carrier when a downlink signal quality of the serving cell is less than a first threshold, and selecting one of the first and second uplink carriers randomly when the downlink signal quality of the serving cell is equal to or above the first threshold.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises steps of receiving information about a first grant and a second grant; generating the MAC PDU for the first grant; storing the MAC PDU in a first Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) buffer associated with the first grant and a second HARQ buffer associated with the second grant; performing listen before talk (LBT) procedure for the first grant and the second grant; and transmitting the MAC PDU on a grant for which the LBT succeeds firstly among the first grant and the second grant.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting data through a logical channel by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises determining whether data for the logical channel exists or not; increasing a token value based on a prioritized Bit Rate (PBR) and a time elapsed since the data becomes available for the logical channel, when the data for the logical channel exists; and transmitting the data or a part of the data through the logical channel, when the token value is greater than 0, wherein when there is no data for the logical channel, the token value is not increased.

    Abstract: Provided is an operation method of a first node in a communication system, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the method comprising the steps of: receiving one or more synchronization signals from a second node; receiving system information from the second node; identifying, for a bit flip channel, a bit correlation of a first number of n first qubits constituting an entanglement state between the first node and the second node; generating, on the basis of the bit correlation, a second number of n−1 auxiliary qubits; after an interaction with respect to the bit flip channel occurs, determining, on the basis of the second number of n−1 auxiliary qubits, whether a bit flip error has occurred with respect the entanglement state; and, if the bit flip error is determined to have occurred, carrying out error correction by means of a bit flip operation for the first qubits.
