Abstract:
A communication method applied to an communication device comprising M first type antenna following a first communication standard and N second type antennas following a second communication standard, M and N are positive integers. The communication method comprises: (a) measuring usage time of the second type antennas; and (b) controlling a number of the antennas that the communication device use according to the usage time of the second type antennas.
Abstract:
A method of sharing credential in a wireless communication system comprising a first user equipment, a second communication device and a network, includes transmitting a temporal credential and a credential custody request, from the first communication device, to the network; transmitting first custody information, by the network, to the first communication device; transmitting a credential acquiring request and second custody information, by the second communication device, to the network; and determining whether to transmit the temporal credential to the second communication device according to the second custody information.
Abstract:
A method for performing seamless transmission control for an electronic device and an associated apparatus are provided, where the method includes the steps of: sending a request frame carrying a fragment identification (ID) to trigger a responder in a wireless network system to initiate retransmission corresponding to the fragment ID, wherein the fragment ID indicates beginning of a remaining portion within a plurality of fragments of data being sent from the responder to the electronic device; and receiving at least one response frame sent from the responder, for utilizing the remaining portion within the plurality of fragments of the data, wherein the remaining portion within the plurality of fragments of the data is obtained from the at least one response frame.
Abstract:
An embodiment of the invention provides a method for a location tracking, applied to a mobile device, an indoor access point (AP) and at least one indoor Internet of Things (IoT) device, comprising: receiving, by the indoor AP, a first set of location information of the mobile device from the mobile device at outdoor, wherein the first set of location information is determined according to a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS); determining, by the indoor AP, a second set of location information of the indoor AP according to the first set of location information; determining, by the indoor AP, a third set of location information of the at least one indoor IoT device according to the second set of location information; and transmitting, by the indoor AP, the third set of location information to the at least one indoor IoT device.
Abstract:
A method for a communication device in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises detecting a signal from an access point in the wireless communication system, wherein the signal indicates that the access point is passpoint enabled, transmitting a request message with credential information to the access point, and receiving a response message with an access point information, from the access point.

Abstract:
A method of configuring a number of antennas utilized in a wireless device within a wireless network system is disclosed. The wireless device comprises a plurality of antennas and transmits data to a destination wireless device using the plurality of antennas. The method comprises transmitting a first frame comprising a first number information to the destination wireless device; and transmitting data to the destination wireless device using a plurality of remaining antennas after the destination wireless device receives the first frame.
