    摘要： An aqueous ink composition contains at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of a condensed azo pigment, a condensed polycyclic pigment, a phthalocyanine pigment, and a nickel complex azo pigment, at least an anionic surfactant with ethylene oxide group or a nonionic surfactant with ethylene oxide group as a dispersant, a wetting agent, a penetrating agent, and water, with the ink composition having a surface tension of 20 mN/m or more and less than 35 mN/m. A yellow ink containing at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 128, C.I. Pigment Yellow 138, C.I. Pigment Yellow 151, C.I. Pigment Yellow 97, and C.I. Pigment Yellow 150, a magenta ink containing at least one pigment of C.I. Pigment Red 122 or C.I. Pigment Violet 19, a cyan ink containing at least one pigment of C.I. Pigment Blue 15:3 or C.I. Pigment Blue 15:4, each color ink further containing a specific anionic surfactant and a water-soluble organic solvent, and a black ink containing C.I. Pigment Black 7 are used together as a set of color ink compositions for ink-jet recording.

    摘要： A recording liquid comprising a coloring agent and water, wherein the recording liquid containing a polyol (A) having a solubility in water at 20° C. of 0.2 wt. % or more and not more than 4.5 wt. %, and at least one compound (B) selected from a group consisting of compound represented by formula (1) R1,R2,R3.N→O (where R1 and R2 are an alkyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R3 is an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms), and of compound represented by formula (2) represented by R4,R5,R6.N—CH2—CO—O−(where R4 and R5 are an alkyl group or hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R6 is an alkyl group or alkyl group derived from cocoanut oil having 10 to 16 carbon atoms that may contain an amide group). The recording liquid shows synergistic effect including a high permeability with modified penetrating property capable of eliminating an increasing in optical density at backside-surface of printing medium, anti-color bleeding property, and an effect on reduction of blurring of colors, by combination use of the polyol (A) and compound (B). The polyol (A) has a small molecular weight so that the adsorbing speed onto the surface to be printed is very high, and has a property to render the nitrogen moiety of the compound (B) into positive charge. The compound (B) effectuates on compound (A) to make it to be insoluble.

    摘要： A method for recycling an image-deposited recording material having a surface portion which swells in contact with a water-containing liquid composition and bears thereon deposited images containing a thermoplastic or thermofusible image-constituting material is disclosed, which method includes the steps of applying the water-containing liquid composition to the image-deposited surface portion of the recording material to cause the surface portion of the recording material to swell more than the image-constituting material, thereby weakening the adhesion between the deposited images and the recording material; and removing the deposited images from the recording material. The image removal promoting liquid contains a wetting agent which exhibits an equilibrium moisture content of 10% or more under the ambient conditions of 60% relative humidity and 25.degree. C.
