    摘要: A method of manufacturing an organic transistor active substrate is disclosed. The organic transistor active substrate includes an organic transistor in which a first electrode is formed on a substrate, a first insulating film is formed on the first electrode, a pair of second electrodes is formed on the first insulating film, and an active layer made of an organic semiconductor material is formed on the pair of second electrodes. The organic transistor is laminated with a second insulating film, and the second insulating film is laminated with a third electrode which is electrically coupled to one of the second electrodes via a through-hole provided through the second insulating film. The first electrode is formed by inkjet ejection; the first insulating film is formed by coating; the pair of second electrodes is formed by inkjet ejection; the active layer is formed by inkjet ejection; the second insulating film is formed by screen printing; and the third electrode is formed by screen printing.

    摘要: A recording liquid including a coloring material, an organic solvent to disperse or to dissolve said coloring material, water, and a calix[n]arene-p-4-sulfonic acid (where n=4-8) in the form of free acid or its metal salt. The recording liquid is very suitable for inkjet recording using plain paper as recording medium. The recording liquid shows high storage stability, excellent color reproducibility with hard blurring property of mutual colors at superposed area thereof, and high resistively for light fading, for the sake of buffering nature based by both ion-capturing and -releasing, and hydrophobic material-capturing and -releasing bestowed by above-mentioned calix compound.

    摘要: A video image printing sheet which is used in combination with a dye transfer sheet having a dye layer or a dye-containing ink layer and which comprises an image-receiving layer capable receiving a pattern of a dye melted or sublimated by heating of the dye layer or the dye-containing layer is described. The image-receiving layer is made of a cellulose ester. Resins other than the cellulose ester may be contained in the image-receiving layer in amounts of not larger than 50 wt %. In addition, compounds capable of enhancing dyeability and miscible with the resins may be added. The image formed by the transfer of the dye has good light fastness and good weatherability.
