    摘要： An aim is to provide a bag manufacturing and packaging apparatus which is able to conduct a bag manufacturing at high speed, further to be small in height.A bag manufacturing and packaging apparatus 1 comprises a bag manufacturing unit that includes a transverse sealing mechanism 17 and a strip mounting unit that includes a transfer mechanism 32. The bag manufacturing unit manufactures bags filled with articles. The transfer mechanism 32 transfers bags manufactured by the bag manufacturing unit diagonally downward. The strip mounting unit mounts bags B to a strip S after they are transferred by means of the transfer mechanism 32.

The bag receiving part is configured and arranged to receive and hold the bottom seal part and a part of the main body of the bag, which has been dropped from the bag-producing part. The bottom-forming part is configured and arranged to deform the bag in contact with the bag receiving part to form a bottom portion of the bag into a prescribed shape.

    摘要： A form-fill-seal packaging machine has a halting device above its transverse sealer below a cylindrical chute through which articles to be packaged are dropped cyclically in batches. A film is bent into a tubular form and pulled down around the chute to the transverse sealer. The halting device serves to squeeze the film such that the free-falling articles are temporarily halted before reaching the transverse sealer such that the articles can pass through the transverse sealer in a more compactly bunched batches. This makes it less likely for any of the articles to be caught between sealing devices of the transverse sealer and the work efficiency of the packaging machine can be improved.

A display device displays a time axis or parallel axes along which markers indicate the times of arrival of the falling articles to be packaged and the sealers at the clamping position for the sealers. As the user moves the marker for indicating the arrival time of the sealers, the timing controller adjusts the operating mode of the sealers such that the sealers will clamp the film at the time specified by the user according to the displayed time of arrival of the articles.

The tape mounting system that reduces positional deviation of the portion X2 and the strip tape T during the mounting of product X to the tape T caused by positional deviation of the tape T.

    摘要： Packages are each made by clamping a tubularly formed bag-making film, dropping a batch of articles into this film while it is in this clamped condition, and shaking this batch of articles to thereby increase its volume density. This is done once or repeated any number of times. After articles of the final batch are dropped into the film, the clamped condition of the film is released and the articles are dropped further downward to the bottom of the bag being made. The tubularly formed film is thereafter sealed transversely above the articles which have been received to close the bag.
