Abstract: An intake/outlet pipe optimization method includes the steps of providing a rotary engine, measuring the pressure in an operation of the engine, designing the appearance of the intake/outlet pipes, adjusting the pressure wave in an air pipe and the pressure in an air chamber of the engine to increase the air intake and improve the output horsepower of the engine. The intake pipe is a tapered pipe having the pipe diameter on an intake side greater than the pipe diameter on the engine side; and the outlet pipe is an inversely tapered pipe having the pipe diameter on the engine side smaller than the pipe diameter on the outlet side.

Abstract: A device for internal cooling and pressurization of rotary engine, comprising: a mechanical charger, a charger outlet tube, a core cooling intake tube, an engine air intake tube, a first valve, a second valve, and a third valve. The mechanical charger is mounted in a ventilated place. The charger outlet tube is used to dispense air, and the charger outlet tube has two sides, with one side coupled to the mechanical charger. The core cooling intake tube is connected to another side of the charger outlet tube, and is used to dispense air. The engine air intake tube is connected to another side of the charger outlet tube. The device for cooling and pressurization of rotary engine is capable of achieving improved cooling and performance of rotary engine, through switching a plurality of valves, in automatic control manner and/or in remote control manner.

Abstract: A fuel gas nozzle used in a microturbine includes a first chamber, a second chamber connected to the first chamber, a pilot fuel gas pipe, a main fuel gas pipe and an intake pipe. An intake zone and a mixing zone are respectively formed in the first chamber and the second chamber and are communicated with each other. The pilot fuel gas pipe is for introducing a first fuel gas into a downstream of the second chamber. The main fuel gas pipe is for introducing a second fuel gas into the mixing zone via the intake zone. The intake pipe is for introducing an air into the mixing zone. A centerline of the intake pipe is not intersected with a centerline of the second chamber, so as to induce a vortex flow field of the air flowing into the mixing zone for mixing the air and the second fuel gas.

Abstract: An intake/outlet pipe optimization method for a rotary engine, comprising the steps of: (A) providing a rotary engine; (B) providing a simulation software package, to perform a series of simulations for the rotary engine according to different combinations of a pipe length, a pipe diameter, a pipe shape and a pipe angle, to determine an optimal combination of the pipe length, the pipe diameter, the pipe shape, and pipe angle, to obtain an optimal power output for the rotary engine; and (C) performing tests for the rotary engine, by utilizing the optimal combination of the pipe length, the pipe diameter, the pipe shape, and pipe angle obtained in step (B), to obtain a test optimized power output for the rotary engine.
