Abstract:
A stator core includes an annular yoke portion and tooth portions, wherein an outer peripheral edge of the yoke portion is attached to an inner peripheral surface of a motor case. The yoke portion includes displacement portions displaced by receiving the radially-inward pressing force from the motor case, and deformation portions deformed according to the displacements of the displacement portions to generate tensile stress so as to form tensile stress regions through which magnetic flux passes between the tooth portions and the yoke portion or so as to counterbalance compression stress generated by the pressing force from the motor case. The displacement portions perform the displacements by attaching the yoke portion to the annular member with the interference.
Abstract:
Provided is a stator core for a motor capable of facilitating an assembly work and parts management without increasing the number of components while suppressing leakage of magnetic flux passing through a flange to a coil. A stator core has an annular yoke portion and tooth portions inwardly protruding from an inner periphery of the yoke portion in a radial direction, wherein at a front end of the tooth portion inwardly protruding in the radial direction, a flange portion is provided so as to face a coil wound around the tooth portion and wherein to the flange portion, a compressive residual stress portion M is provided.
Abstract:
A magnet plate used for a rotor core of a motor, includes a magnetic pole portion being set between an outer peripheral edge of a body portion and a magnet slot and having a radial width being smaller than a radial sectional width of the permanent magnet, and a higher hardness portion being formed into a hook shape along an end corner of the magnet slot and have a smaller width than the radial sectional width of the permanent magnet.
