    摘要: A stator core that is configured by stacking plural core plates and that is housed inside a case of a motor. The plural core plates include an elastic protrusion-equipped core plate provided with plural elastic protrusions arrayed in a circumferential direction. The elastic protrusions extend toward a radial direction outside from an outer peripheral portion of the elastic protrusion-equipped core plate and are bent in an axial direction. The stator core is supported by the case in a state in which the plural elastic protrusions are in contact with an inner peripheral face of the case and elastically flexed.

    摘要: A rotor includes a rotor core configured by laminated steel plates and a magnet insertion hole extending along an axial direction of the rotor core, with a resin interposed between a permanent magnet placed in the magnet insertion hole and an inner wall face of the magnet insertion hole. In a manufacturing method for this rotor, in a first process, the permanent magnet and the resin are integrated together to manufacture a resin-coated permanent magnet. Next, in a second process, the resin-coated permanent magnet is press-fitted into the magnet insertion hole. Next, in a third process, the post-second-process rotor core is heated to a temperature that is at least the temperature at which the resin softens. Next, in a fourth process, the post-third process rotor core is cooled.

    摘要: A stator core includes an annular yoke portion and tooth portions, wherein an outer peripheral edge of the yoke portion is attached to an inner peripheral surface of a motor case. The yoke portion includes displacement portions displaced by receiving the radially-inward pressing force from the motor case, and deformation portions deformed according to the displacements of the displacement portions to generate tensile stress so as to form tensile stress regions through which magnetic flux passes between the tooth portions and the yoke portion or so as to counterbalance compression stress generated by the pressing force from the motor case. The displacement portions perform the displacements by attaching the yoke portion to the annular member with the interference.
