Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for Service Level Agreement managements in distributed cloud environments. A method comprises monitoring enforcements of Service Level Agreements for services provided to a plurality of tenants by a cloud provider; detecting a possible Service Level Agreement violation for a service provided to one tenant of the plurality of tenants, wherein the possible Service Level Agreement violation is related to performance or security requirements; and automatically mitigating the possible Service Level Agreement violation with cooperation with at least one of a cloud manager and a security management system of the cloud provider. The possible Service Level Agreement violation can involve a possible confliction between performance requirements and security requirements, and mitigating the possible Service Level Agreement violation comprises resolving the possible confiction for self-healing. Methods for an automatic Service Level Agreement update is also provided.

Abstract: A method for isolation in the CN domain of a network slice includes receiving a slice isolation policy and establishing a CN NSS isolation policy based on the slice isolation policy. When the CN NSS isolation policy includes a network resource isolation policy, the network resource isolation policy is mapped to a network resource allocation policy, a part of which relating to physical resources is sent to a network function management function (NFMF) and a part relating to virtual resources is sent to a network function virtualization management and orchestration function. When the NSS isolation policy includes an application level isolation policy, the application level isolation policy is mapped to an application level policy which is sent to the NFMF.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage media for network performance monitoring. In example embodiments, durations of normally released calls and durations of abnormally released calls are monitored during a measurement period. Based on the monitored durations of normally released calls and the monitored durations of abnormally released calls, an average value of the monitored durations of normally released call and an average value of the monitored durations of abnormally released calls are further determined. Then, the average value of the monitored durations of normally released call and the average value of the monitored durations of abnormally released calls are transmitted.
