Abstract: Examples of the disclosure relate to communication methods and apparatuses, an access point, stations and a computer readable medium. An embodiment of the method comprises: determining, at an access point and based on determining that a direct link between stations based sensing procedure is triggered, a first station and a second station associated with the sensing procedure; and transmitting, to at least one of the first station and the second station, a sensing performing request for performing the sensing procedure. In this way, target sensing between non-access-point stations is achieved, such that sensing coverage is extended and a sensing effect is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, device and computer readable medium for transmission scheme. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the communication device may transmit an initial message to a further communication device via an antenna in an omnidirectional mode if the transmitting power can be achieved by the antenna in the omnidirectional mode. The communication device may transmit the initial message to the further communication device via the antenna in a directional mode if the transmitting power cannot be achieved by the antenna in the omnidirectional mode. In this way, latency for initializing the connection may be reduced and the successful connections are guaranteed at the same time.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of PRS design for low power tracking The method comprises receiving from a second device an indication that a Sounding Reference Signal, SRS, is to be used for a positioning process of the first device unless a further indication is received; and transmitting a SRS to a third device and a fourth device, the third device being responsible for measuring a position of the first device in the positioning process. In this way, a SRS can be applied for multiple cells and the handover can be avoided or SRS resources re-configuration can be avoided even if the handover occurs at the UE. The power consumption and the positioning latency of the UE can be reduced. Meanwhile, the signalling overhead to setup RRC connection may also be reduced.
