摘要: The present disclosure provides a color filter substrate including: a base substrate; and a filter layer on the base substrate and including a plurality of color resist units of a plurality of colors. Orthographic projections of adjacent color resist units of different colors on the base substrate have an overlapping region. Therefore, the color filter substrate has at least one of the following advantages: the structure is simple; the production cost is reduced; the aperture ratio of the display device including the color filter substrate is improved; and the defect caused by static electricity is solved.

摘要: A display substrate and a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device, are disclosed. The display substrate includes a control portion and a color portion, the control portion and the color portion both including position aligning regions at corresponding positions and further including position aligning marks provided in the position aligning regions. The black matrix is located on top of the color portion and at least the position aligning marks in the color filter layer are formed in a hollowed-out structure. The position aligning marks has an increased level drop or height difference, such that more accurate position alignment may be achieved by identifying the position aligning marks based on height difference at edge of standard pattern.

摘要: The application discloses a touch display device, including a liquid crystal display panel, a touch electrode, and a backlight module on a light incident side of the liquid crystal display panel. The backlight module includes a metal back plate. The touch display device further includes a shielding electrode on a side of the touch electrodes facing the backlight module, both the shielding electrode and the metal back plate are grounded. The touch electrode and the shielding electrode form a capacitor, and the product of a capacitance value of the capacitor and a resistance value of the shielding electrode is smaller than a pulse width of touch signals applied to the touch electrodes.

摘要: A substrate, a mask, a display panel and a display device are provided. The substrate includes a base substrate and a color resistance layer on the base substrate. The substrate has a display area and a non-display area. The color resistance layer in the non-display area includes a weakening unit for weakening or disconnecting connection between the color resistance layer in the non-display area away from the display area and the color resistance layer in the display area. During the development and washing process of the substrate, even if the color resistance layer in the non-display area is peeled off, the color resistance layer in the display area will not be peeled off together, which helps to ensure the safety and reliability of the color resistance layer in the display area.

摘要: Disclosed is a pixel circuit arranged in a display substrate, which comprises a first driving mode and a second driving mode. Content displayed in the display substrate comprises multiple display frames. In the first driving mode and the second driving mode, the display frames comprise refresh frames. A signal of a second scanning line is the same as that of a third scanning line. The time of which the signal of the second scanning line is an active level signal comprises a first refresh time period, a second refresh time period and a third refresh time period, which sequentially occur at intervals. During the second refresh time period, a signal of a first scanning line is an inactive level signal. The voltage of a signal at a reset voltage end is a positive voltage, and the voltage of a signal at a first initial voltage end is a negative voltage.
