The primary amines, the secondary amines, the aminohydroxy compounds, and the diamines each have at least one selected from the group consisting of chain alkyl groups having 8 or more carbon atoms and chain alkenyl groups having 8 or more carbon atoms. The mass proportion of the nitrogen-containing organic substance to the solid electrolyte is 0.30 mass % or more.
