Abstract: A voltage measurer measures a voltage of a battery cell. A controller controls charging-discharging of the battery cell. The controller performs control to apply a reverse current for canceling a polarization voltage of the battery cell through the battery cell after the completion of charging-discharging of the battery cell. For example, after the charging-discharging of the battery cell completes, the controller sets a current command value, in a power converter, that instructs flow of a reverse current of a preset value for a preset time.

Abstract: A path finder sets a plurality of nodes in a state of charge (SOC) zone that is between a target SOC, which is set when a secondary battery provided in an electric moving body is charged, and a present SOC, and sets a plurality of nodes in a chargeable time period that is between a charging start time and a charging end time. A cost assigner refers to at least one of storage degradation characteristics, charge cycle degradation characteristics, or a time-of-use electricity fee table to assign a cost of a degradation amount or an electricity fee to each path between nodes. The path finder finds the charging path that minimizes a total cost of the paths between the nodes. A charging plan creator creates a charging plan based on the charging path found.

When electric vehicle climbs a hill, controller calculates a current value or power value to be discharged from power storage unit, the current value or power value being required for electric vehicle to climb the hill at a speed not less than a set minimum speed, while suppressing an amount of deterioration of cells within an allowable range, and when the calculated current value or power value is larger than the output limit value, replaces the output limit value with the calculated current value or power value.

At least one of a positive electrode and negative electrode of the battery cell is a mixed electrode containing a plurality of materials. The equivalent circuit model is a model including a diffusion resistance component for each of the plurality of materials for use in the positive electrode and the negative electrode.

Abstract: A voltage of a battery cell is measured, and a current flowing through the battery cell is measured. At least one of a positive electrode and negative electrode of the battery cell is a mixed electrode containing a plurality of materials. Estimated is a current flowing through a material in which capacity-OCV characteristics are different between the charge side and the discharge side, the material being included in the plurality of materials contained in the mixed electrode, and a ratio between the SOC-OCV characteristics on the charge side and the SOC-OCV characteristics on the discharge side is determined based on the current.
