    Abstract: A display panel includes an upper display substrate. The upper display substrate includes a base substrate and first to fourth color filters. The first and second color filters overlap first and second pixel areas. The third color filter overlaps a light-blocking area and a third pixel area and has a first opening and a second opening corresponding to the first pixel area and second pixel area, respectively. The fourth color filter overlaps the first pixel area and the second pixel area and has a third opening corresponding to the third pixel area.

    Abstract: A nanocrystal display includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels; and a substrate including a plurality of pixel areas corresponding to the plurality of pixels, and a boundary area between the pixel areas. Each pixel includes a first electrode on an upper surface of the substrate and in a corresponding pixel area; a second electrode on the upper surface of the substrate and spaced apart from the first electrode in a cross-section direction, a tunnel-shaped cavity defined in the plurality of pixel areas and spaced apart from the substrate by a predetermined distance; and an image display layer in the tunnel-shaped cavity; and a backlight unit which provides a light to the display panel and faces the upper surface of the substrate.

    Abstract: A display panel includes an upper substrate to which external light is incident, a sealing member which is in a non-display area and couples the upper substrate to a lower display substrate.     Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, and a cover panel including a window layer, an optical filter layer, a color filter layer and a bezel layer. The window layer includes a transmission region and a bezel region adjacent to the transmission region. The optical filter layer is disposed on the transmission region of the rear surface of the window layer. The color filter layer is disposed on the optical filter layer and includes a quantum dot. The bezel layer is disposed on the bezel region of the rear surface. The optical filter layer includes a partition wall layer, in which an opening is defined, a light-blocking layer disposed on the partition wall layer, and a reflection layer disposed in the opening.
