    Abstract: In a color conversion panel including pixel areas emitting a light having a same color and a non-pixel area between the pixel areas, the color conversion panel may include a substrate, a light shielding pattern disposed on the substrate in the non-pixel area, a color conversion layer disposed on the substrate, covering the light shielding pattern, and configured to convert an incident light, a height of a first portion of the color conversion layer corresponding to the non-pixel area from the substrate being less than each of heights of second portions of the color conversion layer respectively corresponding to the pixel areas from the substrate, and a light shielding partition wall disposed on the color conversion layer in the non-pixel area.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate which includes a display device and a second substrate which is disposed on the first substrate. The second substrate covers a base layer, a color filter layer, a first sealing layer, a color control layer, a step compensating layer, and a second sealing layer. The base layer includes a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area. The color filter layer overlaps the display area in a plan view, and is disposed under the base layer.
