    Abstract: A color conversion panel and a display device are provided to include: substrate; a transparent filter layer and a plurality of first partitioning wall layers that are on the substrate; a first refractive layer that is on the transparent filter layer and the plurality of first partitioning wall layers; a plurality of second partitioning wall layers that are on the first refractive layer, and overlap the plurality of first partitioning wall layers; and a plurality of color conversion layers that are on the first refractive layer, and in a region defined by the plurality of first partitioning wall layers and the plurality of second partitioning wall layers.

The display device includes a first substrate; a first color filter, a second color filter, and a third color filter that are on the first substrate; a plurality of roof layers that cover spaces that overlap the first color filter, the second color filter, and the third color filter, respectively; a first color conversion layer that is positioned in a space overlapping the first color filter; a second color conversion layer that is positioned in a space overlapping the second color filter; a transmissive layer that is positioned in a space overlapping the third color filter; and a capping layer that is positioned on the plurality of roof layers.

    Abstract: A display device may include a substrate, a first roof layer formed of a material, a second roof layer formed of the material and spaced from the substrate, and a subpixel electrode disposed between the substrate and the first roof layer. The display device may further include a common electrode member disposed between the subpixel electrode and the first roof layer. The common electrode member may overlap the first roof layer in a first direction without extending beyond the first roof layer in a second direction.     Abstract: A display apparatus includes a backlight unit generating light and a display substrate displaying an image using the light. The display substrate includes a substrate, a first electrode, a light blocking layer, a thin film transistor, a second electrode, a liquid crystal and a color filter. The substrate includes a pixel area and a non-pixel area, the first electrode is in the pixel area, and the light blocking layer is in the non-pixel area to block the light. The thin film transistor is on the light blocking layer and electrically connected to the first electrode. The second electrode faces the first electrode, and a cavity is defined therebetween. The liquid crystal is in the cavity, the color filter is on the second electrode, and the color filter is closer to the backlight unit than the substrate.
